Easy to find. Private. Based on some reviews, thought the bathroom would horribly tiny, but honestly I had no issue. The outside unit might be a little loud if you’re sitting on the couch watching TV (I don’t watch it), but other than that, it’s probably the best deal in town.

My wife and I were visiting relatives in Hot Springs, Ar. We were very pleased with our cottage. It had all the amenities we needed with the comfort of a relaxing home environment. We much preferred it to a hotel room. We plan to stay there again with our next visit to Hot Springs.

We had a great stay! The location is in a very safe place off the main strip but super close to everything! Everything was clean, plenty of towels, and extra linens for the couch bed. Kitchen was well stocked! Bed was so extremely comfortable!

We were very impressed with this cottage. It's exactly as described. The bed was very comfy and a comfortable sofa. Although the host tried her best to help us navigate the smart tv we could not figure it out and the internet connection was poor. But we manage just fine through it all. We will definitely stay her again. The best host ever.

Nice and clean. Close to everything. AC was on 64 and we couldn't change the temp it kept going back to 64. We turned it off and turned the oven on and did just fine.

We stayed at this little spot with our two dogs. It had everything we needed from kitchenware to all you can binge tv. Though not very big, it didn't need to be. It was also close to a hiking trail where we could bring the dogs.
The house was very clean. If we make it back to the area, we would definitely rent this house again.

These studio cabins were recently remodeled and renovated. They were very comfortable and decorated so cute. The bed was comfortable. They even had coffee available which was amazing! Would stay again.

Adorable place. Very comfortable. Easy access to it and to the main street and businesses. Very quiet at night. Peaceful in the morning with birds chirping all around. Clean. Great communication.
Wow, I LOVED staying here for the week. It was super cozy and was very well equipped. They paid lots of attention to all the little details. In the evenings it was all lit up on the outside all around. Nice neighborhood area. I will definitely be checking to book this place again if I ever come back to Hot Springs.

Weekend getaway
Visited my college friend for a weekend in Hot Springs! This was the perfect little place to stay close to everything. It was very clean

The house is small and comfortable. We were not impressed where it was located as we thought we would have lake access. We were not impressed with the outside grounds decor. Bathroom is EXTREMELY small!!!! Hard to move around and taking a shower was terrible!!!! No space to move!!!!

The place was inadequate in terms of equipment; no toaster, no dish towels, inadequate cooking pans and utensils. The WiFi had a lot to be desired as well. It was clean and in a close in location.
