Located in Hilton Head Island, this lovely house for $250 per night is a great option for your next break. What a GREAT place to spend your vacation. Enjoy this ***COMPLETELY REMODELED & UPDATED*** single family home in the family friendly Lawton Woods community located in beautiful Sea Pines. Lawton Woods is conveniently located to all Sea Pines amenities yet provides a tucked away secluded retreat from plantation activities. Take an early morning walk on the nature trail located just outside the back door and fully experience nature as this beautiful home backs up to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve. All this and of course easy access to the beach, golf, tennis, swimming pools, and Harbour Town via Sea Pines bike trails. Main living area is spacious with plenty of natural light provided by a large sliding glass door and two skylights. Large entertainment center houses a large screen HDTV and DVD player with a disk reader so you can replay the day's activities from your digital camera photos. A large Sofa and Love Seat, along with an Oversized Chair provide plenty of space to stretch out relax, watch TV, read a book, or surf the web via high speed wireless internet access on your wifi enabled device. Master Bedroom has King Bedroom suite, 42' flat panel TV, private bath with granite countertop and double patio door with access to a private patio. Second Bedroom has Queen Bedroom suite, 42' flat panel TV, adjacent access to full bath with granite countertops. Third Bedroom has bunk beds and day bed with pull out. This room comfortably sleeps 4 kids or young adults. With the day bed and a 42' flat panel TV with DVD player, this room also doubles as a great kid's hangout/playroom. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of granite countertop space, stainless steel appliances, huge granite sink, and a 28' inch flat panel TV, making this a great space to prepare family meals. Dining area has two tables and comfortably seats 8 with chairs and table leaves to expand to accommodate up to 12. This configuration is perfect for family meals - seats everyone together - yet allows young and old to hold their own conversations or interact with one another. The house has a full size front load washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. Private backyard provides easy access to nearby lake (200 yards away) and is a great space to relax and unwind on the patio complete with patio furniture. This area seats 8 and is easily expandable to 10. Side yard has a grill, an additional seating area with Adirondack chairs, and a firepit. These areas have easy access to the living room and kitchen - perfect for grilling and eating under the stars! Guests are welcome to use our bikes to explore the area (security deposit required). Guests also have access to Sea Pines amenities including the beach club & the Plantation golf club, equestrian center, forest preserve, Harbour Town, and more. Just imagine your day.... Wake up in a beautiful house, make a cup of coffee to enjoy on the new backyard patio while overlooking the Nature Preserve, take a quick walk over to the Beach or the Equestrian Center. It was our 46th Anniversary getaway. We stayed with another couple. We loved the location. Close to restaurants, grocery and short drive to Coligney Beach access. We reached out to Kathy (owner) with a couple question - she responded quickly and was very pleasant. We plan to save this location for whenever we return again. It was perfect!

We loved our visit to Sea Pines as we always do! This house checked all the boxes for what we needed and we had a great time using the trails behind the house, walking to the beach, and using the many bikes provided. The bikes were the best touch. Thank you!

Our family rented this property for a week as we relocated from Maryland to Hilton Head. The location was ideal for us being close to both the school as well as the beach, etc. The home was well taken care of. There were some initial issues with the cleaning company but the owners immediately addressed the issues and were great to work with. Overall a great experience. The home was exactly as pictured and we would rent there again. Thanks!!

Overall nice property that is in a great location. Check in and check out is easy, has everything you need plus some added bonus with some beach gear (chairs, toys). It has bikes as well and although a few needed maintenance, the owner’s assisted.

Lovely 3 bed 2 bath that comfortably housed our family for the week. Walk is about 15 minutes to beach or 5 minutes by bike. Public pool access is in South Beach marina-weekly family pass is $85 and daily family pass is $40-can be purchased onsite from the pool attendant.

Very central location and lovely home. New furniture in the living room and tons of amenities especially for kids. Having the bikes and beach equipment available was amazing. The owners were very responsive and we had a great week!

Excellent property in the private Lawton Woods community in Sea Pines. Has all the amenities you need. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Literally a 5 min bike ride (provided) from the nearest beach access point or 10 minutes from Sea Pines beach club. Fire pit was a great place to relax in evening after a day at the beach. Owners very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

This property was able to accommodate our large family of 7. The bikes that were available for use was one of the main reasons we booked this particular house. Renting bikes for a large family gets very expensive but the bikes could use a little work. We biked everyday, it was a blast. We also appreciated the beach equipment in the hall closet. It was everything we needed for a great getaway. Highly recommend.

Kathy was a wonderful host very communicative and flexible. The cottage was perfect for our family very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The bikes are also a great resource to have. My only note is that if you are cook, bring your own spices, but besides that five star stay. t8hank you Kathy for your hospitality and your flexibility

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The space is very clean, welcoming, and accessible for a toddler as well as older adults. The location is quiet and peaceful while still being close to restaurants and activities. Kathy was a very responsive and kind host. We truly enjoyed our vacation and highly recommend this place! We would love to return in the future.

Nice location for riding bicycles. We used 2 of the bikes provided and they were very nice. If staying with pets it is easy access to take them for a walk. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again, but a few maintenance and upgrades are needed. I would recommend a thorough cleaning of the home not just the normal touch up after each stay. The couch and love seat are ready for an upgrade and the outdoor table and chairs need a fresh coat of paint.The outdoor furniture was quite dirty and also covered in leaves. I had to sweep the front porch and remove cobwebs from the front entrance and the ceilings inside the house. Very nice home just needs some additional attention from property management.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It's a very quiet spot with a nice walking trail behind the house, and a very pleasant back yard to sit outside and relax with a glass of wine. The house was very clean, attractive, and comfortable. We loved having the bikes included! They are older but worked fine for us to ride to Salty Dog and Harbour Town. We usually drove to the Beach Club to more easily get all our gear to the beach -- get there early so you can get a parking spot. We like to go there so we have a restroom and the restaurant and bar. We did take some of the beach chairs from the house also -- great to have! The location was also nice to get to the gate easily to go to dinner outside Sea Pines. The only slight complaint was that the mattresses in the second and kids' bedrooms were not the best. Highly recommend this house.

We have stayed in this property for several years. It has a walkable location to the beach and is convenient to everything on the South end of HHI. It is located in a great neighborhood with a mixture of owner/occupants and rental houses. The house is equipped with whatever you might need for your stay.
We are looking forward to our next stay.

What a great location! The property was very easy to find, it was in a good spot on the island and in easy access of everything we wanted to do. We did borrow the bikes and we rode all over the place, including down to the lighthouse, which was well worth it. It took us about 25 minutes to ride down there on the bikes. And it also was a nice ride to the beach which only took about five minutes. There were several bikes available as well as towels and beach chairs if we needed them. The house was very clean and well decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms well supplied. We enjoyed the big dining room table where we were able to play games at night. That's always a plus. And we really enjoyed the YouTube TV which we had never experienced before. We would most certainly come here again. Thanks, Kathy!

We had a fabulous time in Hilton Head. We loved having the bikes, beach gear and the fire pit at the house. The location was awesome in the Sea Pines community. The access to the beach utilizing the Sea Pines Beach Club was great. We arrived a little early our first day and the communication with Kathy was excellent. Thank you.

This was my second trip to Hilton Head for the same long weekend conference in early October, but my first time staying at this property. (October is a great time to visit, btw...we didn't find crowds anywhere. We were even seated without waiting at Hudson's -although we did eat inside. The weather was perfect to bike everywhere). I do like staying at Sea Pines, and will always choose to be there instead of a hotel. I liked the size and layout of this house. It is decorated well and very well equipped. It was also IMMACULATE. The owner was very easy to reach via phone and responsive to all questions. We had cool nights and were able to use the firepit! Regarding the location- spot on! I like the fact we never felt cramped into a condo type atmosphere where neighbors are on top of each other. This house is in a residential neighborhood and everyone was friendly but private. We rode bikes everyday. The house is located close to the trails along the east edge of Sea Pines---Coligny, Atlantic Ocean, beach club, South Beach etc. But, it was also easy to access the west side trails to get to the lighthouse, Harbour Town, etc. By car, we were able to get into and out of Sea Pines easily through either security gate. When I return for this conference in the future, I will definitely stay at this home again.

I've never stayed in Lawton Woods before so I wasn't sure about the distance to the beach but it turned out to be really good. The bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club was less than 10 minutes. Having the bikes and beach chairs available was a big plus for us. The labels on the drawers and cabinets were helpful too. Our only complaints were small- the shower head in the hall bathroom is super powerful and kind of hurts if you're sunburned, there weren't any hot pads/pot holders (maybe someone took them because there IS a drawer labelled for them), the third bedroom gets hot if you close the doors, and the dishwasher door/bottom drawer are a little difficult. None of that would stop me from renting here again though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Had a great week on HHI with the family. Great layout for our family trip. Easy bike ride to the beach and convenient location in sea pines. Great table for our family breakfast each am and all the amenities you need for a week at the beach. House was very clean upon arrival and plenty of bath towels. Will be back next year!

Excellent place to stay in Sea Pines
Overall this property worked well for our family. Property owners could easily charge more for all the space. Pictures on VRBO represent the place perfectly. Only complaint was many of the dishes/silverware were not clean but no big deal we just washed them again. Loved that it was pet friendly!

The house is in a very woodsy neighborhood. The inside and yard spaces are beautiful and the home is spacious and very well-decorated. We enjoyed having the three bedrooms and huge common area. Great location we biked everywhere. It was a great trip and those was the centerpiece.

Another great month in Sea Pines
This is the second time we have rented this property for the month of March. It was clean upon arrival with no pet odors. The host family supplies all of the basic items needed. The
heat worked well and there was an endless supply of hot water with great pressure. Love the location. It is a 15 minute walk to the very quiet beach at signpost 44. The walk takes a few minutes longer if you stop to photograph the wildlife along the way. Plenty of alligators and herons to observe from a distance.
We look forward to our return next year.

Repeat Stay
This was our second month long stay in this property. This house has the perfect location and size for our needs. The interior is cozy and the beds are comfortable. We love that it backs up to the canal - so easy to get the dog out for a walk! The owners were very responsive the one time we needed them. We would definitely stay here again!

A wonderful family stay at Hilton Head Island. The home is spacious for a big group and your pet! We really enjoyed our Christmas stay. The beach, shops, dining, and paths were all within walking distance. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils and appliances for family meals. Plenty of seating. Great location! Kathy is easy to connect with and accommodating.
