Absolutely everything! Owners, Jeff and Moo were very helpful, always ready to answer any question, they helps us arrange a transport across the island and hire a scooter. The accommodation was spacious for 6 adults (bungalow 2), AC in every room, cleaned daily, all kitchen amenities provided, incl. fridges and freezers. Quiet location but very close - in walking distance to the main road and all tourist attractions, same to the beach so no taxi needed. Overall excellent accommodation in paradise garden. Thanks Jeff and Moo, you were fantastic hosts 👍😘

Excellent location, Netflix on the tv.
The facilities were a little tired. For the price point in lamai it’s decent value but there were easy things to remedy that just weren’t taken care of. The bed had 1 pillow each; which were lumpy and the covers stained. The bed sheets / bottom sheet was stained. We did smell them and they smelled clean but didn’t give a good 1st impression. The place was covered in mosquitos and bugs due to being on standing water and the staff spent all day at the hotel but appeared to do nothing. The paint / fixtures / fittings and furniture was tired and could benefit from a refresh. Same for the outside area. If you’re planning not to spend much time here,it’s in the right location but not much else going for it other than being the gateway for all lamai has to offer
