Location was fab. Bungalows were in good condition and cleaned regularly.
The rooms are limited for space and very dark. We knew about the air con and it wasn’t as bad as we thought, but it means the mosquito nets are in place all the time, limiting space on beds etc. We had some resident cockroaches in the bathroom, which because it’s tropical and open to the outdoors is understandable but if you are not a fan of bugs this place is not for you. Could make more of an effort to arrange for help when arriving off the boat, everyone else seemed to have people with carts meeting them, we trudged across the sand with bags and two kids which was tricky. They helped arrange someone on the return journey which could be offered on the inbound one for sure.

Beach location.
The grumpy owner who started on the drink around 4/5pm daily. Bizarre thing was he refused to sell drinks from the bar he and others were drinking at… something about it’s out of season. Hey ho 7/11 it was!
