Loved the location right on the beach. Great snorkelling just off the rocks at the end of the beach. Close to good restaurants, and easy walk along to Walking Street. Great breakfast.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Nothing really. We were there during the wet season which meant the place was very quiet. One issue which is nothing to do with Sita Resort but a whole Koh Lipe thing is the litter. Plastic bottles and other rubbish all washing up on otherwise beautiful beaches.

The location of the property is great, you may be a little closer to the beach if you stay in the villas otherwise you may walk or buggy half way up the property and be in the trees
The rooms within the trees had a lot of mosquitos that would gather in the corridor. Also very steep stairs

Came by ferry from Langkawi so after that hectic experience at Pattaya Beach Immigration the pick up and transfer went smoothly . Jenny who was in control of Reception and many other things was a pleasure . Also handled our smooth transfer 5 days later to Koh Lanta . We were upgraded to a huge Delux Seaview Suite and it was amazing . Location just further enough away from Walking St but within easy strolling distance . Beach out front of hotel is a beautiful turquoise colour and surrounded by longboats . Breakfast was plentiful and delicious . Housekeeping room clean was always completed early . Wi-Fi was strong . Staff at restaurant were friendly . Men that looked after transfers and towels etc were always very helpful . Great value for money .. but we were there in low season when it wasn’t so busy . Hilltop pool is excellent . Staff especially Jenny work hard to make your holiday enjoyable .
If you don’t like the occasional mosquito or centipede than you could be in trouble. Is an old resort and a few things are getting run down however it can easily ignored . Pool liner on ground level pool is lifting badly and has seen better days .

Front desk staff, waitress were very good.
Mattress very good. Breakfast selection excellent and good quality too.
As long as you are prepared to pay to stay in the original Deluxe section you are unlikely to have anything but an aesthetically positive experience.
Shower head needs replacing.
Very poor water pressure (Superior Rooms)
Ground staff lazy/uninvested.
The majority of the hotel needs to be cleaned up: broken down carts removed, building works screened off.
General lack of attention to detail with no thought to guest experience.
Militant house keeping immediately supply tatty old towels the moment you don’t tip: regardless of if they have performed sufficiently well to deserve a tip.
Water machine dysfunctional.
