Guests can park their cars once and not use them again until departure day! The beachfront boardwalk, which runs almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles, in addition to the Seashore Dr. bike path. We stayed in units A and B. It was spacious, clean and great for our family. Kitchen cookware was well versed for our making of all our food and Christmas dinner.

Good location and plenty of room for our family. Would have liked to have had paper plates, some baggies, foil, or Saran Wrap for our leftovers. Other places we’ve stayed provided that so we didn’t bring. Also, no dishwasher tabs. Overall we enjoyed it

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, and super close to the beach. The unit has lots of space for a large group with large bedrooms and enough bathrooms. Its not the fanciest of finishings, but its more about the location and space anyways!

The photos are very accurate and do it justice. The location was awesome, literal feet from the beach. There is a strip mall of shows a couple blocks away so on arrival day you can go get something to eat there. Having two garages is very nice in that area as we never had to worry about parking. It doesn't come with anything outside of what is shown, they didn't provide any coffee, or basic food supplies besides salt and pepper shakers. It also has a coin laundry machine that is shared with another unit. There is one paper towel roll and one toilet paper roll per bathroom when you arrive, no extras so any additional stay will need to buy those too. It is as shown, but you will need to bring everything. While those little things aren't needed to make a stay enjoyable, they are always appreciated and in this case you will need to bring them yourselves.

Location is good, only a few steps from the sand. The garages are too narrow. It was very difficult to park inside the garages. There was a lot of dirt in the first bathroom. Bathrooms did not smell fresh. The kitchen knobs were sticky. Would love it more if it was better cleaned.

Large, comfortable and quiet second floor unit close to the beach. I booked the unit specifically because it advertised a bathroom with a bathtub, but the bathtub was set up to only be used as a shower which was a real disappointment. Management was prompt in fixing several maintenance problems but could not fix the bathtub. The listing description has since been changed to reflect this as a walk in shower. There are two very small garages for the unit opening on to an alley. We were only able to use one of the garages. There was a truck legally parked along the other side of the alley during our entire stay making it too difficult to maneuver a car into the other garage. The location is within a 10 minute walking distance of several good restaurants.

There was 8 of us staying here and plenty of bed rooms. Starter items such as dish soap garbage bags .. The house is decorated very nice. We had a little issue with clean counters and floors but notified the property management and it was resolved immediately! I hope to stay here again some time!

I'm giving full stars for the value because the price was amazing for half a block to the beach. Another pro is the 6 bedrooms with king sized beds in each room aside from one (2 twins) made it perfect for our group! The place could use a few updates. Most beds are really hard and the couch springs are lumpy and fairly uncomfortable but we made it work! Entry into the small garage is at a tricky angle so really only worked for the midsized and smaller cars in our group. We loved the keyless entry, being pretty close to the freeway, quiet neighborhood, and having a biking/walking trail right outside the door. The best part was that the view was pretty good for not being right on the beach. Overall, highly recommend!
