About this villa rental
Located in Punta Mita, this charming villa for $1,200 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our single level, 3-bedroom, 3 and 1/2 bath villa is a mere 5 minute walk to the beach! No need for beach towels, beach chairs or umbrellas either. It's all provided. While staying with us you will enjoy private access to 4 beach clubs, which serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as provide towels, lounge chairs & umbrellas and also offer access to ocean activities and spa treatments. There are also 'kiddie' pool areas for the kids at several of the beach clubs. The villa itself features a spacious combination kitchen/living/dining room area that opens onto a partially covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, a private dipping pool, and views of the ocean and the Pacifico Golf Course. The villa has recently been remodeled with all new kitchen appliances & bedroom furnishings, as well as a state of the art water filtration system. The villa includes a full service concierge service capable of arranging private chefs, pre-arrival food and beverage shopping, airport transportation, tours, surfing, fishing, massages, dinner reservations. The villa also includes daily housekeeping services and a 6 person golf cart. As our guest you will also have the privileged use of our Premier Punta Mita Golf Club Membership which gives you access to a number of additional features that include access to both Jack Nicholas signature golf courses, Pacifico, with the "Tail of the Whale" hole, and the newest, Bahia golf course, as well as access to the tennis and fitness center. Wonderful area, primarily went to el surf beach club. House was great and location is excellent. We were a bit surprised how expensive the restaurants and grocery stores were. Great place for families.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful villa. It has a beautiful indoor/outdoor layout and every amenity you need. Eli (concierge) was very responsive and answered any questions promptly. Would highly recommend!

I can’t say enough nice things about the house. The layout is perfect, the location divine, the beach club was our home away from home and the golf cart made it easy to get around. Eli and Lupita took great care of us. Only minor thing — the freezer doesn’t work well — but overall 5+ stars. We can’t wait to come back!

Property was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 4 children total). Both Suzanne and the concierge Eli were super responsive and fantastic to work with. The unit was clean and spacious and in a great location. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas immensely. Our concierge Eli, was incredibly helpful. We loved having the ability to golf and use the beach clubs. El surf was the favorite. Our location on the golf course with ocean views was very nice. Golf carting around was fun too. Thank you Suzanne and Eli.

We've rented in other areas in PM before, but wanted to try Los Palmas and this unit was fantastic. We wanted to book it again for Xmas but it was already rented. Can't say enough great things about this rental, the location, the amenities, concierge Eli, the owner was very responsive prior to our arrival, and the use of the golf cart was fantastic. daily house keeping was top notch as well.

Beautiful! SPA like master bathroom w/in and outdoor shower…pretty ivy on the outside w/ zen like lighting. Outside pool pretty view ocean on 2nd hole of Pacifico Golf Course. The only bad thing about staying here is you eventually have to check-out! Thanks Max for your amazing responsiveness & hospitality!

The best vacation at Las Palmas 24!
Our family absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location and the villa itself are excellent. The Las Palmas development is gorgeous and this particular villa is well situated directly along the golf course with direct views of the Pacific. We were celebrating a 50th birthday and everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived to the end of our stay. We loved Lupita who came each day to do housekeeping and to cook breakfast to order. She made french toast and pancakes for our daughters and it was just about their favorite thing! They also enjoyed the wonderful pool right out the doors of the villa. The unit comes with a great 6 seater golf cart and access to all of the incredible beach clubs. We loved Kupuri and Pacifico! We hope to return again soon and would highly recommend this property. It is perfect for families. Punta Mita is a premier development unlike any other I have experienced. Very secure, very well managed. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Just superb. You will not be disappointed booking this property. Five stars.

Amazing private villa behind the gates of the unbelievably safe community of Punta Mita
This villa is perfect and matched our expectations exactly. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, yet very private. We had 3 couples on our trip and it was the perfect setup for us. However, we all talked about how it was completely family friendly and we discussed bringing our kids back to the house.
The private pool was awesome and the golf cart made it easy to go to the beach clubs and restaurants. The community itself is incredibly safe. It is “behind the gates” within the master planned community of Punta Mita. Security is super tight and we never felt like “we were in Mexico” while within the gates. By the way, the gates community is HUGE. It includes golf courses, hotels, beach clubs, smaller private residential communities. This is literally the best place I have ever been to in Mexico. And I have been to Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Cabo, Playa del Carmen, and Ensenada. Beats them all and even rivals Hawaii.
Book it. You won’t regret doing so.

Amazing! Exactly the kind of paradise I was looking for!
This place is my new favorite getaway. It's even more stunning than the pictures, and so warm and welcoming that you'd think this is your best friend's home. My favorite part was the dipping pool: a perfect temperature to dip your feet in to cool off while laying out in the sun. We didn't get a chance to golf, but will definitely be coming back to give it a shot!

Gorgeous Everytime
We absolutey love this home. We have stayed a couple of times and plan to return if they will have us. The place is impeccable and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The owners have done more decorating since the last time we were here and it is gorgeous. Thanks for another fantastic time.
