Très calme , proche de tout à pied donc génial , pour des week-ends soirée et pour profiter de la plage c’est génial tout à proximité pas besoin de prendre la voiture et parking inclus

Parking petit pour une grosse voiture il faut faire beaucoup de manœuvre, mais reste utile

Nice apartment, nice host

The apartment is nice and clean. It is very well equipped and near to the beach. Max, our contact person, was prompt and helpful with any question/situation we had. We loved the terrace. It was very spatious. I highly recommend this accommodation in Lloret de Mar.

Great location, handy having included parking despite difficulty getting in and out.

Location was great. Nice airy big apartment and long sunny balcony - great for drying laundry. Yes, we had a sea view but just a distant glimpse. The accommodation was more like 200 - 300 metres from the beach and all the bars/cafes/restaurants. Definitely an easy leisurely walk. Just the bare minimum supplied. A coffee machine there for use but you need to bring your own coffee (not pods) - this device goes on the cooktop. Washing machine (no soap powder supplied though) worked well but with no digital display you had no idea how long the wash takes which was a very long time but very clean in the end!

We were not informed that there was no on site management and should’ve been advised of such, as well as a request to contact them maybe 30 minutes to 1 hour before our proposed arrival to ensure someone meet us on time. Lucky we had a French SIM so was able to call but we had to wait for 30 minutes outside the complex which was challenging with street parking at a premium and none available. We ended up parking in a driveway. We had 2 choices of covered parking on site - both were challenging to negotiate into, take it slowly. You need to have a smaller car (we had a Citroen C3) to manoeuvre as corners are tight. The first parking is a sharp left hand turn down the driveway with little swing room, we managed it but only just with only millimetres to spare. Once in, it’s a great space. The 2nd option which is down in the basement where the lift is, though easier to (marginally) to manoeuvre into, you need to have again a small car (no 4WDs) because you have to come into it at such an angle not to miss the low hung building in fractures which only apply to this particular park! The bed though was a ‘double’ was just slightly wider than a king single and unfortunately they use a ‘wet’ mattress protector so being of plastic like material, made you slip, slide and sweat during the night not to mention the noise each movement you make. Previous guests didnot wash their dishes properly, we had to wash everything we thought we would use before we could use because not only food but food stains still stuck on the dishes and utensils.

Superb

- Comfortable heating/cooling with air-conditioning. - 5 minutes walk to the beach and the bars there. - Comfortable under-ground parking. - The kitchen had everything needed. - Large TV. - Max and Tatiana were very accurate and friendly.

A great little apartment at Lloret’s ground zero

Location doesn’t get much better. Other than a dishwasher the apartment has got everything one needs. Hosts were quick to respond and helpful. Place was adequately clean.

As much as I appreciate having a private parking spot in downtown Lloret - the parking is VERY limited in terms of access - trying to park anything larger than a Fiat 500 will be a problem. Needles to say I managed to scratch my car..

I've travelled alot and would recommend this apartment and the staff were excellent.

Excellent apartment close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood close to bars , restaurant's and a supermarket.
