Location is great. Kind of central but still very quite and peaceful. The property is amazing for the price. Breakfast was the best we had among all the hotels/airbnb in sri lanka.

What a great place! We couldn’t fault it, great location, so clean with immaculate gardens, lovely swimming pool, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. Would definitely recommend to other travellers.

Everything about this place is amazing room breakfast swimming pool location monkeys we came for 3 days and stayed an extra 3 days the staff are amazing I could go on how good this place is 10 out of 10 😎👌👍

Decent location, new building with nice rooms and swimming pool (good if you want to rest from sea water and waves). Rather good price (but see below comments).
This place has potential, but there is a lot of to do.
- Breakfast served terribly slow. It took even one hour to have a basic breakfast.
- Plenty of ants, especially in the bathroom. Once we asked, service used some repellent and get rid of them (or most of them), but really it should have been done before our arrival.
- Air condition stopped working twice. Although it was repaired upon calling the service, it seems that there is some bigger problem with it.
- Wi-fi not available in the room (only in the lobby).
