The location and easy access
Doors looked unsafe as there were obvious signs of break in before, the door was damaged and the whole property is showing signs of poor maintenance and degrading. Shower and water smelled of sewage quite significantly. Otherwise, a comfortable bed and great location. Not keen on cash only payment but it was ok.

The swimming pool has a great view. The apartment is new and modern.
Breakfast is not rich and you have to pay for a coffee unless you are satisfied with nescaffe. There are no juice.

It is an apartment and we had a kitchen. Fairly modern furniture. Nice views.
The guest bed was really bad and super uncomfortable. There was limited toilet paper and limited shampoo and shower gel. No broom was available for cleaning.
