ally liked the staff, especially the guys at the reception, who were always ready to help at any time of the day or night. The hotel’s location is excellent — not too far from everything, but also not right in the busy city center. It was just perfect for a mother traveling with a child.
Our first experience with the restaurant was quite disappointing. We arrived on our first day extremely hungry and hoping to have lunch, but unfortunately, we didn’t exactly feel welcome. We placed our order and waited, but the food simply never came. In the end, we gave up and had to go elsewhere to find something to eat. Thankfully, the restaurant staff were noticeably friendlier the next morning when we came for breakfast.
As for the room, “quiet” is definitely not how I would describe it for most of our stay. There was music playing right outside our windows, noisy neighbours, and groups of young football players running through the corridors, shouting and screaming. To be fair, we did have one or two relatively quiet evenings after the children and our noisy neighbours had left and no music was playing outside. Still, we had really been looking forward to some peace and quiet during our stay, and unfortunately, we didn’t get nearly as much of it as we had hoped.

The spa area was enjoyable, and the room also fully met my expectations.
I plan to come back here in the future.
Lack of drinks at breakfast. (limonade/orange juice or something like this would be great). Only plastic cup was available for coffee and water. The toaster didn't work at all. Apart from that, there was a wide selection, so everyone can find something to their liking.

We loved everything: breakfast had good general options, the room was well-sized for 3 people, everything was neat and clean, and we had a great time using the swimming pool and the saunas available.
Although not required, a sweet bonus is how multilingual the lady at the check-in was :)
The only tiny problem we had was with the boiler in the bathroom: the water was lukewarm after a long day of not using it when we wanted to shower after the swimming pool but we had to wait for quite a while to get it nice again. However, this is a tiny issue, and it nearly did not affect the overall experience.

We had an amazing stay and the apartment felt like home for us and our 1 year old son. Very comfortable beds (including the folding sofa, which had comfy mattress). Clean bathroom with high pressure hot water, well-equipped kitchen. Abundant breakfast included in price. The staff are professional, assistive and friendly, allowed me to store my mountain bike safely in the storage facility underground. Hotel is 5-8 minutes walk to central parts with supermarkets and restaurant. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing to dislike in particular.
One thing that I noticed - hotel was crowded with lots of guests and cleanliness in some common areas (such as staircases) may be improved in such busy periods.
