Spa is absolutely perfect!
Safe in the room was not working. The breakfast could be improved by offering a greater variety of food.

Loved the pool and saunas at the end of the day. Comfortable room. A bit dark due to most of the lights not working. Good breakfast. The restaurant was convenient.
The lift was broken. The main light in our room worked intermittently

- the location of the hotel is very nice, an old industrial building
- the room size is ok for 2 people
- the people in the restaurant we're customer oriented and friendly
- the night and check out receptionist was very friendly
- the first receptionist was not motivated at all, we have been at the hotel a bit earlier and the only message was "u can only check in after 2 p.m."; not asking, if we're having luggage to store until that moment or something else
- we had to change the room, bcs the climate made some strange noise and could not be switched off
- breakfast was ok, but nothing special and for such hotel not equal lent
- during check out, the establishing of an invoice was not possible, yes i've got it 2 or 3 days later by mail, but was also one more topic in this list of not good topics
