Breakfast
Noise from the street, which was literally next to the window. Noise from either the dining room or some other room - it sounded like knocking furniture over and it woke us up several times.
One of the closets has a door inside! Which are locked from the other side but we couldn't lock it from our side.
The parking spaces are shorter than any normal car.

I liked: proximity to the location I was visiting, free parking, spaciousness of the rooms, availability of the spa, the fact that the spa is available until 22:00 hrs, affordable price.
I wasn't aware that a visit to the spa requires booking. The breakfast could use a bit more variety.

An excellent hotel with wonderful service. We arrived before the official check-in time, but the staff kindly accommodated us early — special thanks to them for that, as it was a very hot day outside.
The room itself was spacious, with a large terrace and a nice view. It was very clean and cozy. There was a kettle with tea and coffee supplies in the room, and we were also greeted with complimentary chocolates and candies.
It was convenient that the room had dishes and a stove, so during our stay we could cook for ourselves. The small fridge even had a freezer compartment.
Considering it’s a small hotel, the breakfast was very tasty with a good variety of food. We especially enjoyed the Olivier salad and the delicious muffins that tasted freshly baked. The dining area itself was very cozy — if you sit by the window, there’s a beautiful view of a flower bed outside, giving the whole place a homey and heartfelt atmosphere.
When checking out, we still had time to walk around the city, and the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception so we wouldn't have to carry it with us.
We were very satisfied with our stay, and if we come to Kragujevac again, we will definitely choose this hotel.

The room was on the fifth floor, the elevator reached the fourth floor but it was not a problem for me. The bed was nice. The bathroom was nice.
Parking was suppose to be included and no reservation was needed. When I got there they said parking was full. They said I could park behind a fence across the street that had free parking. However, it is a gated parking only open at night. Your car will be locked in during the day. I don't think this hotel has parking, I think it just for marketing. Staff was a a bit rude, but I think this is just how they talk to tourists in Serbia. Breakfast was included but if you are not used to eating breakfast with smokers it could be hard to enjoy it.
