It was OK for a short stay

The apartment in Ostuni has a great location and a stylish interior with beautiful fittings and a nice bathroom. However, it wasn’t very clean and clearly needs some upgrades. There are several safety concerns — broken rails, a non-working carbon monoxide sensor without batteries, and wobbly dining chairs that feel unsafe, especially for heavier guests. The shower cabin door is broken and replaced with a curtain, and the couch is quite worn. A microwave would also be a useful addition. It’s also difficult to find, as Google Maps can be misleading and may direct you to the wrong place or a restricted area. Overall, it has charm but requires better maintenance and attention to detail.

Comfortable and convenient stay in budget

Location of property was good. ~Valentina Coordinating with us was extremely helpful . She shared all the good information about travel options and good restraunts with us . She coordinated very well. It was comfortable stay. Property was good for 4 adults.

The worst accomodation ever for our family. So bad experience with the host. Never again.

When we reached the address and arrived at the property address, we realised that we have to go to the "office" to pay and get the keys. After I started to receive messages on Viber about our booking I realised that the apartment is on another address actually, but the most terrible part - as we are a family of 5, booking offered two apartments, but the apartments where on different locations so at that time when we realised that, canceling the reservation means loosing our money and stay in Ostuni with no accomodation and 3 children, who already were extremely tired of waiting for a place to rest anyway. So we took the keys, all of us stayed in just one of the apartments of course, not wanting to loose more time of finding each other later on. The apartment we stayed was terrible. In the evening when we returned from dinner we realised that there is no warm water to take a shower. So we didn't shower of course. In the morning I tried to make a coffee but the it wasn't possible as the gas herd didn't have gaz. And the most comic part was that the apartment we stayed, and the host said it's for 3 people, actually had just two water bottles in the fridge. So bad experience with this accomodation. We didn't enjoy staying in Ostuni , was absolutely terrible.
