Terrible mattress and no ventilation.

Location is OKAY. Ostuni is small and walking takes around 10/15 min to get to the center

The mattress is terrible. Really worn out and uncomfortable. No windows/ventilation at all, it’s like a cave and it has a musty, closed-up smell, and there's no way to air it out

It was clean and in a very good location.

Unfortunately the mattress of the main bed is very uncomfortable; we could feel the springs and it was not even, made us roll into the middle. For one night something I can stand though for a good price. There was not even one sharp knife in the kitchen and since there is a rule that we clean the kitchen utensils and hob by ourselves, I could see that previous tenants did not leave all utensils spotless clean. I did not like it

Great customer service and owners - making an extra effort for the client.

Very easy check-in, easy to find check in office, and super friendly and helpful staff member. (Spikeoneakaorso). We needed a relocation and together with a super helpful owner (Antonia) and Spikeoneakaorso a solution was quickly found. Thank you very much for your help and kindness. You made our stay in Ostuni highly enjoyable. Highly recommended.

It was clean and in a very good location.
