Prenotato camera matrimoniale Deluxe con letto matrimoniale, invece ci hanno assegnato un monolocale umido e freddo, con divano letto alla francese, un condizionatore rumoroso, bagno senza bidet. La struttura non è raggiungibile in auto, ma solo tramite una scalinata con gradini in pietra alti e quindi non accessibile a tutti. Fatto presente allo staff della diversa assegnazione, ci hanno risposto che non avrebbero modificato la sistemazione. Contattato Booking, il quale dopo le verifiche effettuate ci dava ragione e si rendeva disponibile a sentire la struttura, per l'eventuale modifica sistemazione. Avendo ricevuto anche loro ( Booking) un diniego x cambio o rimborso, ci hanno dato voucher per il disguido. Devo fare i complimenti al servizio clienti di Booking per il supporto ricevuto.
