Very comfortable and well appointed property.
A pop up toaster would add to the kitchen facilities. The staff were attentive and responded to our requests.

Great location, beautiful apartment, very clean, nicely decorated, provided complimentary cold drinks, coffee and tea + shampoo, conditioner, etc.
They did not provide access instructions beforehand, but were helpful and catered to our needs for an earlier check-in, which we appreciated very much.
The lack of accuracy regarding the address and accessibility up front.

Very clean and spacious and the hosts were really nice offering multiple drinks for free
The location itself is not the safest however the entrance was really close to the metro and i felt safer

The one large room was ok. It had been somewhat updated. I didn't like it that one of the beds was smack in the middle of the room. Beds were extremely hard.
The outside was terrible. Did not look as good as the pictures and was very dirty. The outside lock sometimes didn't open the first time. Also the elevator door would not open on our floor on four different occasions. It Is a very small one so you can't overload it. Which we didn't!! We had the same type in a Paris hotel.When my granddaughter and I got stuck we finally went to the upper floor and walked down to ours. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't as nice as it was promoted to be.
