Best place to stay in downtown Asheville!

Our rental was great! Nice location, felt secure and very comfortable. Also great communication and help with any problems

This location made for the perfect spot to call home for the weekend. It was conveniently located and we walked to a majority of our destinations during our stay. Beautifully decorated and well stocked for everything you might need. My only suggestion for the host would be to include body wash/shampoo/conditioner.

Condo was immaculate and so comfortable. In VRBO’ s the beds are not always the best. These were excellent! Hope to return one day….

Beautiful interiors, comfortable bed and bedding. Walkable to restaurants and cafes. Biltmore village and entrance to Biltmore house minutes away.

It was a great place to stay. Amenities were very nice. Best pots and pans I’ve seen in a VRBO. Nice touches like wine sealer, seasonings and enough coffee for the whole stay. Location was walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. Only negative was the paper products. TP in a gas station is better. Paper towels and tissue were thin.

The property is located near the heart of everything in downtown Asheville. The apartment is spacious and nicely appointed with all essentials supplied. Definite candidate for a return visit.

Very clean, walkable to downtown. Only one parking spot per unit, not comfortable leaving car in surface lot next to building.

Location to downtown was very good. It was near the bus station, which was not ideal, but extremely close to downtown and a very short drive to Biltmore and Biltmore Village. The condo was fine and we were comfortable.

We enjoyed out stay and the condo was clean and beautifully decorated. I think with a 2 bedroom condo you should have 2 parking spots available! The only other issue that came up was the air does not seem to circulate to the bedrooms as well as the rest of the condo. Ceiling fans might help with this. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect! Thanks for sharing your beautiful space.

Fantastic location…walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants etc. very secure building procedures. Secure parking deck. Would definitely recommend this property.

We were really close to everything downtown. We only had to take an Uber once. The condo was clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Would stay here again.

This is a well-appointed condo close to downtown Asheville- the convenience of the location vs. the price of the stay was a good attraction. Once you navigate the parking situation and get inside, it's a surprisingly roomy little spot, with luxurious bathrooms and just enough living space that four adults didn't feel crowded. Not knowing much about the location, though, made us feel like we just didn't do enough research ahead of time. For instance, we didn't know that Asheville, over the last few years of us not travelling much, had developed a huge problem with housing its growing homeless population. We didn't know, sadly, that this property is located next to the bus station and a large shelter. What does this mean for the VRBO user? It means dodging panhandlers at the door, stepping over people sleeping in the doorway of the Poke shop downstairs, and laying in bed at 2AM listening to people screaming incoherently in the adjacent parking lots. Maybe it was the time of year we chose (the week before Christmas), or maybe it's just a sign of the times, but we probably won't rent anything on Asheland Avenue when we head off to Asheville again.

Very safe condo units centrally located

The condo was great, but the neighborhood a little sketchy. Did not like all the homeless people, but overall the condo fit our needs well. Uber is a challenge in Asheville as well.
