(120+ 5 Star Reviews) Private setting, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths on large secluded 2 Acre property with plenty of room to park and turn your boat around. Private barn for your bikes and amazing outdoor space/decks, campfire wood provided. (No Pets, No Exceptions!) Parking Area Security Cam - Additional per night fee over six (6). (This provides a lower rate for smaller groups. Please be upfront about the number of guests as it is automatically built into the rate offer) **June - 5 night minimum, July and August - 7 night minimum. Saturday check-in Check-Out. ** Base Rate is for 6, additional per night fee for over 6 guests. Bedroom1- King | Bedroom 2- Queen | 3- set of Bunk Beds + Twin / Lower Level, Bedroom 4 - Queen |5 - Queen (additional queen air mattress) 3 Bathrooms We are following Cleaning Guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), sheets will be sanitized and individually wrapped | All High-touch surfaces — Cleaned and disinfected after each stay. After endless searching, we determined that this house had everything that we wanted: a) lots of bedrooms, b) many televisions for all tv tastes, c) well-stocked kitchen, d) large kitchen for food prep, e) fire pit, f) two living rooms, g) board games, h) foosball or billiards table pref and/or cornhole, i) porch and/or patio for group seating, j) responsive host as mentioned by former guests, k) Location.
We appreciate Host David's attentiveness and timeliness to our inquiries while both on site and before we even arrived.
The home met our needs and we would wholeheartedly welcome the opportunity to stay here again. Thank you David & Family!

This property was perfect for our small multi-generational family. We were able to spread out and stay comfortably. Dave was great and extremely accommodating. Our only regret was that we had to leave. We will definitely be back.

House was very clean and comfortable, has all the necessities for a great vacation. plenty of room to park and turn a boat around. Stayed there several times over the years with another family. David the owner is easy to work with. Not far from 7 points marina. Would definitely stay there again.

The home is amazing in the woods at the top of a hill. Spacious with all the modern conveniences, this home has everything! We saw deer every day, and listened to the birds in every direction echoing from surrounding valleys. Woodpeckers, Ovenbirds, squirrels, and chipmunks. So close to Seven Points Beach and Marina at Raystown Lake. We will be coming back, with even more family next time. The host, Dave, was super nice and very responsive. Can we give the place more than 5 stars?

Overall, great house and experience. House was very clean. Outside front and back porches and fire pit area were great to hang out in and relax. Very close to Raystown lake. Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Would recommend this property!

We were very comfortable, there was room for all of us, two families with adult children. Two levels allowed seperation when needed. The kitchen was very well equipped for all our needs. We enjoyed both front and back porches and the campfire with firewood provided for smores. If in the area again we would definitely stay here again. Host was great to communicate with and access was a breeze. We found no need to turn on the TV.

Great time! The view off the back porch is beautiful. Would be really nice in the summer. There are neighbors but not right on top off you. Fairly private, especially if you are on the back porch. Pretty close to bike riding/hiking trails. Would not want to get there in the winter without a 4 wheel drive vehicle, otherwise no problem. The road and driveway are in good shape, they are just fairly steep. The homeowner was clear with instructions and easy to reach via text. Everyone I was with was happy with the property and the experience.

A fantastic place to spend a weekend celebrating my mother's birthday with my immediate family. There was plenty of room for three couples, a single, and a baby to spread out and then some. The two living spaces were phenomenal - both perfect for plopping and relaxing with family. My husband and I used the basement living room and one of the bedrooms to take care of our 5 mo old overnight w/o worry of waking anyone up. Also loved that we had multiple heat source options to keep the basement warm.
Mom LOVED the master bed and bath. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and serving dishes along with basically everything else you'd need to make meals. Fridge space was great as we made our meals ahead of time and easily stored 3 days worth of food in it. We didn't get to use the awesome back deck due to it being winter, but it seems like a really great entertaining space. We comfortably had 5 cars parked in the driveway. Dave made the whole process of check in and check out very easy and was more than accomodating to answer any questions I had during our stay. This was a great winter weekend getaway and would be even better for a summertime vacation too. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of care into the property. It would be difficult to not enjoy your stay at a place like this!

We had an amazing time at the house! Although we had a family wedding and had to leave the home, we made the best of the time that we had there! Everything from gathering around the fire pit, grilling burgers, even foosball and Yahtzee! The scenery is beautiful and peaceful. Our beds were very comfortable and the home was spotless! We will be back when we can truly enjoy it and not have to leave. Thank you David for being a FIVE STAR host!!!

The home is tucked away and very private. However it is close to all lake activities and trails. We needed a place to be able to park our campers while we took a break from camping. It was easy to navigate with the large parking area on the property.
The owners had many extra nice touches, the house was immaculate and very clean. Certainly the highlight is the back deck and outdoor bar overlooking the woods. So peaceful. We loved our stay and wished we could stay longer.

This was the 4th year in a row renting this wonderful house. There's a reason we keep coming back. 6 mountain biker friends spending the day mountain biking on the Allegrippis trails and nights hanging out at the house. Life is great at the lake!
This house has it all and even had some great upgrades since last year.
The owners are the best, and we just hope we can continue to come back every year!

This was our second stay. Absolutely wonderful. Owners take care of the place. Love the remodeled master shower! The chipmunks were still there. Love watching them eat goldfish! Great location - close to the lake! Enjoyed the fire pit this time. Will be back again!
