Nestled in Three Rivers, this attractive house for $454 per night is a great option for your next break. Lake Kaweah Ranch overlooks beautiful Lake Kaweah. This home is under NEW ownership and has been tastefully updated and redone in December, 2021. We are excited to offer brand new amenities and furnishings for our guests! We are at the entrance to Three Rivers. There is not another vacation home around that has the views we offer! Breathtaking views of the lake and the Sequoia's above. This property is eight miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. Drive down the driveway and head directly across the street to Horse Creek Recreation area and campground where you can access the lake and recreation area. Did I mention this property has 126 acres of PRIVATE land to enjoy wildlife and admire lush mountain land! Visit Sequoia National Park - California's first national park and America's second oldest park. Visit the General Sherman Tree, the earth's largest living tree. Take a walk through Giant Forest and hike up Moro Rock. Take a tour of Crystal Cave (open May-September) and see almost 250 caves formed of limestone. Drive up our paved and secured driveway that encircles the house. Here there is adequate parking for four vehicles. Our ranch encompasses over 126 rural, mountainous acres. Private and secluded on top of the hill. No need to worry about neighbors or other guests disturbing your stay. Lake Kaweah Ranch offers three well crafted bedrooms in the main house, and a separate (approximately 100’ away), expansive 1200+ square foot loft above our 1000' game room for guests to enjoy. Our game room is ideal for families to commune and watch television, play pool, shuffleboard, darts, cards, or ping pong. Outside there is a basketball hoop with plenty of room to shoot baskets on our paved driveway. Lake Kaweah Ranch also has a full horsehoe pit overlooking the lake in our grassy area. Step outside onto the deck that is fully covered. There are two patio tables that seat twelve people. Gorgeous views show off Lake Kaweah, the mountains around, and the serenity of the ranch itself. Exciting news: we have just installed a brand new six person spa on the deck for guest use! Sit and enjoy the incredible views of the lake and nature! Washer and dryer available for guest use. From August through rain season, Lake Kaweah has minimum water pool. Lake levels rise when the rain and run off from snow pack comes. This means there is still water in the lake for boaters and swimmers, however not as much as a normal season provides. Unless otherwise agreed upon with owner, normal check in time is 3:30pm on your arrival date, and check out time is 10:30am on the day of your departure. **Please note: ABSOLUTELY no pets or smoking! Please be respectful of this for the health of our guests.** Any violation of this will forefit your deposit. *Holiday weekends require a three night minimum stay.* During Covid we will be following our regular cancellation policy as this has been going on for some time. If you are not comfortable with our cancellation policy or are concerned that you may become ill or not be in a position to travel I do recommend you purchasing outside trip insurance which would cover refunding your stay in the event you need to cancel.

We had a great time visiting Sequoia National Park over the winter. The house gave us an easy drive into the park everyday. Our kids enjoyed the awesome game room. Who knew our 9 year old was a pool shark? The property offers privacy from all neighbors.

I recently enjoyed staying at Dena's place with my family, exceeding our expectations. The home was fantastic, providing room and comfort for all 14 of us.
One aspect that truly stood out was our outstanding communication with Dena, the host. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, and she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Dena immediately took action when we encountered an issue with the grill being out of propane on our first night. Within the hour, she delivered a brand new and fully stocked propane tank.
A highlight of the home is the view from the property.
Overall, this VRBO exceeded our expectations, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a great place.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

12 of our family very much enjoyed our stay at this spacious property with beautiful views of the lake. It was immaculately clean and very modern for a ranch house. The kids and their parents loved the game room. Quick drive to Sequoia National park entrance. Another day 2 of us drove to Kings Canyon while the rest went fishing at the lake and/or enjoyed the fabulous hot tub on the front porch. Thanks Dena for a perfect vacation spot!

"We booked this VRBO property for a small gathering comprising 8 adults and 6 children. The house comfortably accommodated all of us and exuded an elegant ambiance. There was ample space for everyone, and the inclusion of a game room was a brilliant touch, particularly for our large group. The property's seclusion and gated entrance provided us with both privacy and security, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The hot tub overlooking the lake added a delightful touch to the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and met all the needs of our extended family, although it's worth noting that basic cooking essentials like oil and sugar were not provided. Fortunately, the host had informed us in advance, so we came prepared.
Lastly, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. In summary, our time at this marvelous lakefront property was unforgettable, and all of us can't stop raving about our wonderful gathering experience here."

The ranch is very private and there are no neighbors. It was nice to have a lot of space for our group.
Only complaint is that there is no dishwasher. It's tricky to deal with dishes with a big group of people.
Internet was also pretty spotty but we knew that going in.
Overall great stay and we would visit again.

Beautiful property with breathtaking views of the lake. House was clean and stocked. The bonus game room was such a awesome addition for my kids and family. Would love to come back for a longer stay. My family of 10 stayed for three days and wanted to stay forever. Plenty of space for all of us and pretty close to the Sequoia National Park. The address was a bit difficult to find because of the poor phone signal and the different instructions from the phone, but once you get there, you will be amazed with the space and views. Expect a few critters since it is up in the mountains with a lot of terrain (all of that is mentioned in the house rule book). We will do this again, for sure. Thank you Dena for hosting us at this wonderful home.

Great property. Worked well for our family, which included 14 people, from 4 to 78. The detached building was great for 18-21 year olds to have their own space. The sunsets over the lake were beautiful and we loved the proximity to Sequoia National Park.

Dena’s place, it's amazing with a beautiful view of the lake, very clean. It has everything you need to be comfortable and everything you need to cook there, enough space for the whole family. My kids enjoyed the whole place. I highly recommend this place for vacation. Accessible to Sequoia National Park. If we're ever around here again, I would definitely rent this place again. Our family enjoyed the quiet stay out of the downtown congestion of Three Rivers though the drive to town is quite short when you want to be in its midst. The property was clean, the kitchen well supplied. The manager was very responsive when contacted. A few suggestions were made, such as towel bars or hooks in bathrooms and I'm sure she will make sure those are provided in the future. We look forward to another stay at this home.

We had one of the best times vacationing with 2 other families with kids between 7 and 13. The kids stayed in the separate house next door with a ton of entertainment that they and the adults loved so much.
Everything in both homes were clean and done in a thoutful way. If weather is any issue, your families can stay there without getting bored for days. The property is fully secured by fences and gated and is situated up the hill in a very safe location. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains and ranch land sourrounding the prperty. We will return for sure.

Had a stellar time with family and friends while visiting the area. We love the Sequoias as well as many other California National Parks. The entrance to the Sequoias National Park is just an hour away from this home.
The entrance to the home is right off the hwy so make sure you don’t miss it once you get to Three Rivers. The home is clean and can accommodate a large group,. There is enough space for larger families with kids/teens. Definitely a good choice for a family and friends getaway.. The property is large and private so there’s a lot of space to roam/explore.
There are two separate houses on the property. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the other house has a game/rec room with an upstairs bunk house, bathroom, tv, and quite a few bunk beds. The game room has many choices of table games and a large bar.
The rental manager was very kind, responsive, and easy to reach in case we needed anything. We also drove down to Three Rivers and went to the local brewery which was a great choice. The craft beer was fantastic and they have a local food truck which was delicious! Locals at the brewery were friendly.
Thank you for letting us into your wonderful home. Our family and friends had a memorial time! Overall we would definitely stay here in the future… 5 ⭐️’s

We had a great time visiting the LK Ranch. A fairly large group of over a dozen young adults stayed over the Labor Day Weekend. It was very hot outside, but the AC worked wonders and there was plenty of room.

Nice place overall. I did not realize we would be split in two location on the property so be aware of that is traveling with children. While it did accommodate our whole party with beds, adults on bunk beds is not the best sleeping arrangement. Beautiful view, the hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking in the park. Not far from Sequoia which was our reason for visiting. You are over an hour away from Kings Canyon. We did have a few issues with broken/unclean things mainly the guest house. The owner did acknowledge when I let her know. The TV was not working which happens, owner did come next day and fix. Only issue with that was knew before we came wish that would have been resolved prior to arrival. Internet service is not great. This is not a reflection on the owner.You can’t control what service providers you have. Only brining up in case you are planing on an important work meeting or anything . This will be an issue no matter where you stay in this area.

We enjoyed the house it was clean and very updated. The front deck with the view of the lake is where we spent most of our time. There were a couple minor issues but host was responsive. We went during the summer so it was very hot and it was nice to have AC. The game room was great for everyone to play although some of the pool stick tips could be replaced. I want to note that the game room and loft with bunk beds is in a separate house very close to the main house with one full bathroom. This would be helpful for families with younger children to plan for adults to also stay over there. Location was great, very close to the river and about 5-10 mins from Three Rivers town area and 15-20 from Sequoia entrance.

The site worked well for our three generation family of 10. The four kids could be loud in the house with games and bunks while the adults could enjoy the relative quiet of the main house. It was a good jumping off place to go into Sequoia and King's Canyon National Parks

House floor was dirtly and we had to wash our feet after just walking on the floor. Hot tub full of green water, obviously not been in operation for a while but host said it was perfectly Ok. No cell reception so we couldnt make calls to complain...try other places if you can.

Book this place - you won't regret it! We did extensive research for our trip to Sequoia Ntl Park & booked here based on prior reviews. Everything was even better than we expected - immaculately clean, very comfortable & all the comforts of home!
The owner was so kind & immediately responded to all of our questions. We loved sitting on the peaceful deck overlooking Lake Kaweah (stunning views!!) & grilling steaks after a long day of hiking. The teenagers were never bored with the impressive game room (pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foozball, darts) and we loved the old fashioned horseshoe pit outside.
The beds were comfy, water pressure in the showers was great, and it was nice to do laundry mid-trip. Our teen boys loved having their own "apartment" in the freestanding game room with loft for sleeping. The main house had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that were perfect for our family.
We have already recommended this rental to friends planning a trip next summer & only wish we could rate this place more than 5 stars!
