Situated in Kelleys Island, this charming house for $275 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This 2-bedroom house has two full bathrooms; both with walk-in showers. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a futon that sleeps two. The house was newly remodeled in 2015. The kitchen was remodeled in 2021. The large deck faces Lake Erie. There are lots of amenities including a gas grill, a 48" TV, newer electric stove, outdoor fire ring, and plenty of parking. The house has A/C and electric baseboard heating. We provide complete kitchen inventory (plates, silverware, pots, etc.), limited bedding (blankets, pillows, and pillow and mattress protectors), and paper products (Please note: bath towels and sheets are NOT provided. There will be an additional $150 charge if you do not bring sheets.)

House was very nice. Location was great, island was great. The owner however was not very nice. She knew when we were arriving, we had paid in full, however she followed my friends to the property and verbally attacked them & us & actually said she thought we were “squatters”. Again, she knew when we were arriving, knew how long we were staying & yet was very rude. I am not sure if she was having a bad day or what but there was NO reason for her to speak to us that way. I have booked through VRBO and have never had a problem before😖 we will definitely go back to Kelley’s island but will not book this place again. I have never been treated like that before by anyone, it was very rude and even though she did finally acknowledge that she did get my text message stating the time we were arriving, she never apologized for the way she treated us!!

The accommodations were nice and very clean. The furniture was comfortable and the location was private and quiet. It was a bit challenging to cool the place as the two window units ran continuously for 48 hours before the desired temperature was reached. I also would have appreciated better directions for the TV and the DVD player (which did not work) as we had some rainy days during our stay and the owner was unable to address this in a timely manner.

This house is in a perfect location on the island, about a ten minute walk into town. It’s also tucked at the end of a street and surrounded by woods so it feels secluded. Perfect interior and wonderful hosts! Will absolutely return again.

This cabin was in a great location, within a walking distance of downtown. It is well-equipped to sleep multiple people, and has a lovely deck for leisure and a bunch of yard games outside. The host, Jeanie, was very responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay on Kelley’s island! The house was in a perfect location close to the town square, but far enough to be quiet. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the island with our golf cart. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kelley's Island Escape. The house was perfect for our Girl's get-away. It's the last house on a little dead end street surrounded by trees. Wonderfully quiet and close to town. Check-in was a breeze and the house is stocked with everything you would ever need. Jeanie is a great host and had a bottle of local wine wine on the counter to greet us. She quickly answered any of our questions and was simply delightful in every way!! , and .

We really enjoyed staying in this house. Jeanie communicated as needed with us. The house was really clean, The kitchen is well-stocked and looked like it was recently updated. The location is close to the brewery, and a ten-minute walk to downtown KI. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the master bed to a queen size. We would rent this house again,

Jeanie answered my many questions and even made sure there was a mixer, oil, and bowl for me to make a cake for my birthday boy! but beware, there's NO condiments whatsoever for cooking. I left salt and pepper.... The yard was great for a fire at night. There was plenty of room for four kids and two adults inside, and sleeping arrangements worked out great.

We've been visiting Kelleys Island at least once-a-year for the past 30 years and always look forward to our annual "Boys Weekend" (we're all 70+ and have been friends for years). One of our group was the prior owner of this property, and even he was surprised at the upgrades and cleanliness of the house. It's close enough to walk to town, but far enough that crowds and partiers won't keep you up at night. We highly recommend this property.
