Welcome to your dream getaway in this spectacular oceanfront penthouse condo, one of only two in the legendary Regal Beach Club. The highlight is the exclusive, supersized private patio with sun beds and a dining table, offering breathtaking, 180-degree views of the iconic Seven Mile Beach.
Inside, high vaulted ceilings create a bright and airy atmosphere. Every room, including all bedrooms, offers an uninterrupted ocean view.

Unit #131 at the Regal Beach Club! Guests will have private access to the entire penthouse condo. As our guest at Regal Beach Club, you also have full access to a fantastic array of resort-style amenities, including:

* Two sparkling swimming pools (a large beachfront pool and a smaller pool)
* A relaxing jacuzzi tub and an adjacent kiddie pool

* Beach Conditions: Please be aware that Seven Mile Beach can experience seasonal changes due to natural sand migration. As these variations are influenced by weather patterns, we cannot guarantee the availability or size of the beach at all times. If beach conditions are not optimal, you can enjoy comfortable lounge chairs around the pool area. No refunds will be provided for issues related to beach conditions.
* Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all guests secure their reservations with Travel/Trip/Cancellation Insurance. Guests are responsible for selecting and purchasing their own policies.
* Maid Service: Daily maid service is not included. However, we are happy to arrange this service for an additional charge upon request.

Amazing experience! The condo was perfect for our group of 6. The balcony was our favorite part with beautiful views. Very peaceful and quiet and easy access to restaurants and directly on the beach. Will definitely come back! Carol our host was amazing to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property is great. We loved the location and easy access to restaurants nearby. The balcony is right over the beach and very close to the water. We saw sting rays swimming along the shoreline with our morning coffee. The condo is immaculate and very comfortable for a small family. My only suggestion that might have improved our stay would be the tv situation. There was nothing offered but network tv. There are times after a long day at the beach or during a a rainstorm when it would have been nice to sign onto my Netflix but the TV doesn’t have any apps or capability to download apps. Not a deal breaker. I’d rent this place again In a heartbeat.

The property is conveniently located on 7-mile beach close to where you want to be. The terrace is the highlight overlooking crystal clear water. While the property has good qualities, it could benefit from more attention to the smaller details the enhance a getaway experience.
