After spending countless years vacationing all over the Oregon Coast, we fell in love with the city of Manzanita. Our family has been staying in Manzanita for years now, yet we never found the home that was perfect for us. Well, we decided to build it. This house was designed for 16 guests and fits the desires we could think one would wish for in an Oregon Coast vacation home. This home is newly constructed and completed in 2016. 6 Bedrooms - Sleeps 16 COVID Gathering restrictions are constantly changing, please see the state of Oregon website for the latest information on occupancy limits. 5 Bedrooms with King Beds. 3 of these Masters have private On-Suite bathrooms 1 Bunk room with Twin beds for 6 2 Queen sleeper sofas available in the Recreation room All 6 bedrooms have ocean views, 2 of which are oceanfront with private balconies Recreation Room - Lets face it, the Oregon Coast gets a lot of rain. For those rainy days, we have a fabulous game room. Equipped with Foosball, Shuffleboard, Basketball Pop-a-shot, and a 4-player Arcade with 30+ games. Media Room - For those evenings where you want to stay in, enjoy our Big Screen TV and 8 High End leather reclining chairs with your friends and family. With our Bose Surround sound system, you will enjoy your Blu-Ray movies. Great Room - Enjoy watching the ocean waves breaking from the great room or sit in front of the fireplace in our custom leather seating. Dining Room - Our custom 10 foot live-edge dining table provides seating for 12. Additional seating for 6 is available at the kitchen island and another 6 at the Great Room glass dining table. Kitchen - We equipped this home for 16. The Kitchen and Pantry areas provide ample storage for food with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. We have cooked our own Thanksgiving dinner here and the two ovens and 6-burner stove come in very handy! Kitchen appliances include, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, rice-cooker, Ninja Blender, crockpot, fondue set, griddle, and more... Patio - 7-person Hot Tub on a giant 800 sqft outdoor concrete patio with fire pit and gas grill Why choose our vacation rental? We are located at the dead end of a quiet street. The majority of beach front houses are along a busy road. No cars driving by and significant privacy. Hot Tub All 6 Bedrooms have Ocean Views. 2 of which are directly facing the ocean with private balconies All 5 King beds have genuine Westin hotel "Heavenly" mattress beds Individual Heaters in every bedroom. Customize your own setting Giant 14 foot NanaWall style sliding door in Great Room. Open up and connect with the outdoors on those beautiful days We have an extensive Game Room and Media room: Foosball, Shuffleboard, 4-Player Arcade, Pop-a-shot as well as 8 Leather theater seats in the surround sound Media Room with a 75" TV 240V outlet available in the garage for your electric vehicle Standard Rate: $650 - $950 Weekday/Weekends Holiday Rate: $1,100 -$1,700 Summer Rate $1,700 per night. Weekly 7 or 14 day Saturday-to-Saturday bookings required during the summer. When booking, please be sure to read our full house rules and include a message to us about your group. This is our family vacation home and we want to make sure this vacation home is a good fit for your group. The house was amazing. Clean. Comfortable. So many things to keep us busy and enjoy family time since we are all spread throughout Washington. This mom cried when the adult kiddos left but we got some great pictures and great memories to share. Thank you so much.

We had a group of 11 (10 girls, and our chef and driver ) stayed here in September. I knew we had a good house from the listing online but this place surpassed all of our expectations. Location is everything and this place hit the nail on the head…being able to walk out to the beach, sit outside and enjoy the fire pit with the Milky Way sparkling above and be in such a cute little town - it was perfection. It is safe to say I left a piece of my heart in Manzanita.
My favorite, two bedrooms of the house were located on the third level with balconies and views of the ocean. The whole house was just perfect.
You can’t go wrong picking this beautiful home by the sea!

Fabulous location and accommodations. We are 14 family members from across the USA in age ranges 2-74. This location is scenic, private and top notch in amenities. We were never at a loss for things to do. The small town atmosphere was relaxing, yet met all of our needs. This home offers so much to do day and night without leaving the beachfront lot. Yet, nature abounds in its beauty all along the Oregon coast and it was easy to access. Sunsets, beaches, dune grasses, tide pools, waves, and more. Owner was very accessible. The house has great instructions making it easy to live in from day one.

Our group has stayed at this property several times. The house has plenty of room for everybody even if the Oregon weather forces everyone inside. The owners are always very responsive for any questions or concerns and are totally committed to making sure their guests have a relaxing and enjoyable time. I can’t imagine our group ever staying anywhere else.

The house is large and perfect for a family get together. It was a rainy weekend but with the game room and theater there were opportunities for fun entertainment. The location on the beach is amazing . We had wonderful time.

We spent 3 nights in this amazing home and loved every minute it! It was so clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to make three dinners and the view was magnificent. The game room was a blast! Having beach access gave us the opportunity to walk on the beach everyday. Sunsets were amazing! Hosts were great and answered all my questions immediately. A perfect, peaceful getaway for long time friends to get together. We will definitely rent this house again for a large gathering!

We are soooo going to come back! SUPER kid friendly with plenty of space for adults to find their corner to “get away from the noise.” Direct access to the beach, walking distance to the playground in the nearby state park. Also walking distance to the quaint town, with fun home town shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. Two enthusiastic thumbs up. 5 stars out of 5, especially given the reasonable September price. Just got back an hour ago, making reservations this evening for next year…

The Oregon Ocean Home was the perfect location for our group of 11 women. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the well stocked kitchen, and the comfortable beds. The living room nano wall opens up for cool ocean breezes and room for us all to enjoy the patio. We had sunset campfires in the well situated fire pit and enjoyed the views from the hot tub. What a wonderful set up for our retreat!

Our grandma took us to Manzanita as kids. We wanted to do a reunion with our cousins. This was the PERFECT home to do so. I can't say enough about this lovely home. This home, by far, has the best stocked kitchen of any I have rented on VRBO! The location of the home is perfect - quiet and right on the beach. You can literally watch the sun sink into the ocean right in front of the home. The firepit, game room, media room and hot tub were all wonderful. It literally was the PERFECT place! The owners were quick to respond to a few questions and incredibly helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to make the trip an annual tradition!

Beautiful spacious home
Our group of friends has stayed at this home twice. We can’t imagine ever staying anywhere else. If the weather is stormy, the house has plenty of room to spread out. If the weather is good, you’re located right on the beach. Nate and Brigid are completely responsive to any questions or concerns. They truly want to make your visit as fun and relaxing as possible. Like I said, we won’t stay anywhere else.

Beach Bash 2021
A second phenomenal visit to this beautiful house, with its grand common areas, well-equipped kitchen, comfy private rooms, entertainment options and a front-row seat to the majestic beachfront. The hosts have paid attention to details large and small, including the cleanliness of the property and the endless kitchen gadgets and family games. Most importantly, Brigid answered every query within minutes and went out of her way to make the experience a superb one.

The house was AMAZING! So beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. It managed to be very luxurious yet very comfortable. The view of the ocean couldn’t be beat and the short path to it is literally right outside the back door. The only decisions we had to make were “ beach walk ?” , “ hot tub ?” , “watch a movie?” (their in home theater has 8 recliners / stadium seating and great surround sound), or “sit in front of the fireplace with wine?” Some repeating combination of that was our entire itinerary. Even cooking was fun — the kitchen is huge, has everything and is well laid out with excellent appliances. Enjoyed that part immensely.
If you don’t want to cook, you are less than 4 minutes away from the main stretch in Manzanita.
We all slept very well. The beds were extremely comfortable with luxurious bedding. We all loved having our own bathroom attached to our own rooms with lots of fluffy towels and nice hair/ body product we’re provided. It was just all around incredibly relaxing.
The communication with the hosts was excellent and they were very accommodating.
I can’t say enough good things about our experience.
