We rented this property for my son’s Marine Corps Boot Camp graduation. House is located 10 minutes from base. Perfect house for our three dogs with a fully fenced in backyard! We greatly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from Parris Island. The house was a perfect for us and only about 10-15 minutes from the gate. We were able to bring the dogs with us so our son could be reunited with the whole family! Terry was great to work with! Staying here really made our trip even more special. I would gladly rent this property again!

The house is nice on a very low traffic street. Very comfortable for a small family or 1 or two couples. Only complaints are minor. The washer and dryer are not for those vertically challenged and the backyard needs maintenance, mostly because previous renters didn't clean up after their pooches. Would still highly recommend this place. Thank you Terry for a wonderful stay.

Loved the location, appreciate the use of the park pass. The furniture was a challenge if you spent time hanging out there as futons are notoriously uncomfortable unless you’re 20 something. We’re not! Home on the larger size for the area; would easily accommodate 6 people comfortably.

Driving into this neighbourhood was an amazing site!! It did look right out of a magazine. We stayed for 4 weeks and the location was exactly what we were looking for. Close to Beaufort, Port Royal, Huntington Island State Park, golfing and the Spanish Moss Trail to name a few. We picked this property because of the large, well stocked kitchen and the fenced backyard. Quiet, friendly neighbourhood and a dog park nearby. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you Terry.

I am so glad that we decided to book this home. The home itself is charming and the neighborhood is just so beautiful (looks like something out of a magazine). The area was nice and quiet and the location of the home was perfect for us - close to EVERYTHING but still far enough away where it was private and quiet. The front porch on the home was my favorite. I could have rocked on that porch all day, everyday. The porch even has a fan to keep you nice and cool.
The back yard was so private and perfect for us. The inside of the home was incredibly clean and cozy. It has everything we needed for the week.
Truly though, the host - Terry, is who made our trip so memorable. Before we even got to the house, he took the time to send me so many outstanding recommendations for places to explore, restaurants, you name it. We took him up on every recommendation and it completely made our trip. Later on in the trip, he even sent some more when I mentioned that we enjoy historical site seeing. ALSO, the house came with a park pass so we could go to the beautiful Hunting Island Beach whenever we wanted to. Terry also had a fully stocked binder, organized by category for every restaurant and cool thing to see in the area. He was like a built in tour guide - it was amazing.
Unfortunately, a work emergency cut my trip short and I had to leave early before I had our check out instructions. I felt so terrible but Terry was very understanding and very accommodating. We even locked ourselves out accidentally (our fault) during a horrible storm and he was so quick to walk us through how to get back in.
I will 100% be staying here again in the future (if he’ll allow!)

Property is listed as ideal for USMC graduation, and indeed it is! Quiet, enchanting neighborhood, loved the Spanish Moss draped on the shade trees lining the area, easy drive to Parris Island. We were able to BBQ, have a full kitchen, convenient bathrooms, CLEAN, ample linens, just wonderful! We spent most of our time at the base and this lovely home was wonderful to come home to!

The property is in an excellent location close to the beach, lighthouse, hospital, restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown. The interior is spacious and comfy. House was in good shape and well appointed. The 2 bedrooms upstairs both have full bathrooms attached! Lower level is very open with a good sized smart TV. Fenced in yard was great for our dogs! Host provides a yearly pass placard to hunting beach which is a nice touch. We traveled all around Beaufort and Hilton Head, Savanah and Charelston were just an hour to 1.5 hours away. Our host provided timely information for our stay and was very pleasant! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful time at this house! It was in a beautiful location. Lots of trees and beautiful homes nearby. Great for taking our westie for a walk. This house has everything that you need, and then some. We love Beaufort and surrounding areas. And Terry, the owner, was very nice and very informative. It was a great stay!!

What a fantastic place to stay! The house is just as nice as the pictures make it out to be, and I could tell it's very well cared for. Very clean and comfortable, and in a very nice neighborhood, too. Not only is it close to Parris Island for those coming for graduation, it's also close to all the fun stuff to do in Beaufort! I would highly recommend this home to anyone wishing to stay in Beaufort, and we'll definitely stay there the next time we're in town.

My family stayed here for my son's graduation from bootcamp. It was excellent. We enjoyed the stay very much. Beautiful area and the house was perfect. Not to mention the owner was very responsive. She answered all of our questions and shared a great deal of information about the area in Beaufort. I 100% recommend this listing.

Comfortable beds, lots of towels and well stocked, including spices and lots of toilet paper. Also includes 2 bikes to ride the wonderful neighborhood or nearby Spanish Mossy Trail. Dog park walking distance - 2 blocks away - in local neighborhood park. Ceiling fans are nice since upstairs is warmer than downstairs with one heat pump. House is In a great location! Would highly recommend.

This is one of the best VRBOs I have ever rented. Close to Parris Island; an excellent home base to operate from. We did not need the house for much more than sleep, shower, and go. But, the hosts supply everything you might possibly need and more; extra linens, soaps, pillows, incidentals. The fully stocked and spacious kitchen would be perfect for meal prep and visiting/relaxing. The ice maker in the freezer was an amazing perk to keeping things cold when transporting to the base.
If you are coming to Beaufort to celebrate your new Marine, this is the house you want!

House was cute & in a convenient area to where we are building our own home. It has a nice yard for the dogs with jasmine everywhere! The neighborhood was so pretty draped with live oaks, Spanish moss & a pond with a fountain & a swing where I'd go to read. Also a 10 min walk to Spanish Moss Trail. Def recommend a visit!
