Great location with easy access to nearby restaurants. Staff professional and friendly. Breakfast was normal, traditional. Room was clean, spacious enough.
A bit outdated furniture, no airco in such a hot summer was not the best option.

Wichtig waren mir Sauberkeit (sehr sauber) und freundliche Mitarbeiter (sehr freundlich).
Der Preis ist eh unschlagbar.
Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker.
Da zur vielbefahrenen Straße gelegen, war’s ein bissl laut, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr gut erträglich.
Und ein Aufzug in den dritten Stock hätte ich als angenehm empfunden.

Perfect location in the heart of Itzehoe, plenty of shops and cafes in the area, transport connections and just a couple of minutes from the lovely pedestrianised streets.
Very comfortable room, spacious and well equiped. Some would maybe find it a bit dated, but I love the classic, old-fashioned and vagely 80's vibe of the decor. I wouldn't change anything apart from installing AC. Summers are getting warmer and warmer and even North Germany can escape this!
The staff were lovely, super professional, friendly and efficient. The restaurant of the hotel served delicious traditional sandwiches and simple dishes for lunch, I wish I'd tried the dinner menu but never got the chance.
Overall, a super enjoyable stay and I will be back
Very slow Wi Fi, no air conditioning. This really needs to be addressed in the near future.

War nicht so teuer
Tag und Nacht klappert ein Blech, infolgedessen man das Fenster nicht aufmacht und deshalb in dem schon sehr kleinen Zimmer fast erstickt.
Es gibt kein Frühstück.
