Excellent hotel on top of a superb Greek restaurant! Super friendly and helpful staff! If only all hotels had the same attitude towards their guests... The people at Klosterbrunnen did an amazing job during our stay, and we will hopefully be back some time in the future. Large room, good beds, all good. Fantastic breakfast, and make sure to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant! Absolute top notch!
Nothing to complain about!

Decent size room and comfy bed
Bedroom windows only had light blinds on. Too bright in the morning.
No storage for clothing apart from a few weak hooks overhanging the bathroom door.
No bath as stated in room details.
Broken remote control for tv. No battery and no cover either. This had been commented on a few weeks ago. We just happened to want the tv on but couldn’t.
Dirty skirting boards and very dusty table legs.
Bathroom sink so big it overhung the toilet. Anyone bigger than us (and we’re only small) wouldn’t have been able to sit on the toilet properly.
Outside was very shabby and strewn with rubbish.
Breakfast was cancelled on us via email at 06:26. There had been a family emergency but we still feel something simple could have been offered.
I’ve requested a refund for breakfast but have received no answer or refund from the hotel.
