The location was great, the house was dirty, I wish I had cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom
I was given the wrong code to get in the lock box. I had to call twice because the 1st person I talked to was ignorant and I didn’t give me correct information. The second person got me the correct code- after 20 min of waiting.

Charged additional fees ($80) for parking fee - Beware about it before booking.
Property has game room - pool table, arcade basketball, and other board games.
We were charged $80 for parking fees at the entrance. This is insane because their property has enough parking to keep 6 cars. If I knew before renting this property, I would have choose other rental over it. Beside that their direction to rental property is not clear, you'll end up from different gate where guests cannot enter. There is no network to reach out anyone. Please make a note of this, and clear at the time of booking. . Despite of parking fee concern raised, the lack of service and response from Booking.com shows how much care they keep for their customer. No one helped us. I registered a case with Booking.com, and they closed it w/o looking into further. I do not recommend Booking.com or this rental property due to additional $80 for parking fees.

Greate place, safe and quite, but shivering in the shower
Location is good, the house is spacious, has kitchen , laundry, the area is gated community and seems safe. Short walk from the lake. Comfortable house, no climbing stairs with luggage, park in front of the house. Very quite place.
The bad rating is mainly for the water. There is NO hot water, it is barely warm. My wife and kid were shivering in the bathroom. We tried it on few occasions over the 3 day stay. When I put the towels in the washer, I selected hot water, put my hand under it and it is barely warm. Owner needs to fix this issue so other families don't suffer. All the sofas dip when one sits on them and cause back pain. Provide more comfortable chairs that have better back support. Remove the carpets in the living room and dining area, they have much dust.
