Nestled in Ocean View, this attractive villa for $185 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This property is disinfected/cleaned by a professional cleaning service that meet the standards of and are certified by CMI. https://www.issa.com/certification-standards/cleaning-management-institute Unwind at our comfortable coastal retreat located in the Villages of Bear Trap Dunes. Bright and clean coastal décor accent our UPPER level 3 Bedroom non-smoking golf villa that sleeps 8. The bedding is as follows: Primary: 1 King bed 2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen bed Loft: Pyramid bunk with twin top bunk, full bottom and twin trundle Living space features a queen sleeper sofa. The Primary Bedroom features a private bath, spacious walk in closet, flat screen smart tv and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a flat screen tv, ceiling fan and is located next to the 2nd bath. The third bedroom is a spacious loft and features a flat screen smart tv, a blu ray disc player (with videos for your use) and ceiling fan. The large kitchen has seating for 4 and includes all the comforts of home for your use including a ninja blender, crockpot, electric skillet and coffee maker. The dining area has additional seating for 6. The bright living space has a vaulted ceiling, flat screen smart tv with blu ray player and many windows providing an abundance of natural light. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine on the screened porch overlooking the 8th green or read a book on the open deck attached to the porch. Additional in-unit amenities include free wifi, a full size washer and dryer, blue tooth wireless speaker, high chair and pack and play. Fireplace is decorative only. Bear Trap Dunes is an award winning 27-hole championship golf resort. Community amenities include har tru tennis courts, outdoor pools/baby pools(seasonal), year round indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, hot tub, playgrounds, basketball court and and an in-season beach shuttle. Use of amenities require an activity pass which may be purchased at the community pavilion. Locally, enjoy surf fishing, Bethany Beach and boardwalk with shopping and free entertainment most nights (live music/movies on the beach), fine and casual restaurants, boating/SUP and biking/hiking on some of the nearby nature trails. Nearby to the North: Enjoy tax-free outlet shopping, amusement rides/restaurants/bars/nightlife in Dewey Beach or Rehoboth. Nearby to the South: Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD This is an UPPER level villa. Enter to a flight of standard stairs that will bring you to the main living area with primary and secondary bedroom. Loft bedroom is accessed by another standard staircase. All renters will need to bring their own linens and towels. Linen service is available, if interested. Pet owners, please see suitability for more information (dogs under 40 lbs, must be over 2 years, flea free and on a preventative). Bear Trap Dunes is a family resort style community. This villa is not suitable for student groups. Illness or last minute emergencies are unpredictable and disappointing. While it may disrupt the excitement and experience of your planned time away, it doesn’t have to impact everyone financially. Please research and consider purchasing vacation interruption or cancellation insurance.

Planned a last minute long weekend with family visiting from Germany. From the minute we arrived at the condo we were impressed. The home was immaculate, spacious and overall a beautiful property. The screened porch/ balcony was a relaxing area to hang out. The bedroom/bath set up was perfect for us, two couples, but also plenty of room for a larger group with the loft area upstairs. Lots of amenities in the home with tvs, books and games. Katie was extremely helpful from the moment we inquired about the property and throughout our stay. We kept commenting how we wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely a home on our list to stay again.

The place was amazing. Katie was awesome. Answered messages very quickly and made everything so easy. The area was exactly what we were looking for. I can’t wait for next year. Definitely will be coming back again.

The condo was roomy, very clean and stocked with most anything you could need. Beachy and relaxing decor. We definately enjoyed our time there and the owner, Katie, was very helpful with questions we had before we arrived.

The property was wonderful. It had everything we needed. With having a 1 yr old...the pack n play, highchair...and baby gate with being on the 2nd floor was great to have provided and not to have to take along. The area is beautiful. We enjoyed use of the community pool/exercise rooms and greatly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again if planning a trip to that destination in the future.

I love that we had full use of the property. There was a full kitchen with appliances, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. There was ample parking and neighbors were very friendly. Our favorite was the screened - in outdoor patio area which was great for watching sunsets. Our stay was very brief (Fri - Mon) so we didn't take advantage of amenities in the area. Katie provided us with the full run down of the stay and was super easy to work with. My family and I definitely plan to book for an longer stay in the future.
