Situated in Marco Island, this lovely house for $750 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Chasing The Sun is an airy and immaculate luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bath waterfront Marco Island getaway home ideal for families and executives. This newly updated, fully furnished, tastefully decorated and freshly landscaped 2,540 sq. Ft. 1-story home is nestled in a tranquil cul-de-sac. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy florida’s nearly 365 days of sun! Its spacious, open floor plan boasts 12-ft. Ceilings and a bright and sunny southwest-facing living area. Pocket doors invite the outdoors in, opening to a fully covered lanai lounge area with gas grill, heated screened-in pool and 6-person spa. For your safety, all doors leading to lanai, pool & spa chime when opened. The master bedroom suite features canal views and a king-sized poster bed, sitting area, oversize walk-in closet and french doors leading to the lanai and pool. Its large en suite private bathroom has his- and her-vanities, soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a lovely bay window with seating area. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and the fourth bedroom doubles as a den with a comfortable queen-size pull-out sofa bed and closet. Two bathrooms (not including the master) provide additional convenience: one has a stand-up shower and a door that leads directly to the lanai and pool/spa area, while the other has a combination tub and shower. When you're ready to step outside, take a dip in the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, or cast a line with provided fishing gear right off the private dock outfitted with two boat lifts (6,000 lb. And 12,000 lb.) on a direct access canal that leads to the nearby gulf of mexico. This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed! There wasn't a thing we could have needed that wasn't provided at this beautiful home! The pool and hot tub were so wonderful and the dock was amazing as well! We only ventured out to the beach a couple of times because we enjoyed this amazing property so much! Coming from cold, rainy Ohio, anything sunny and warm was greatly enjoyed! The owners and the property managers were amazing to work with and having them meet us upon check in was an added bonus. Wow - is all I can say. Everything was provided and then some. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of staying in your beautiful home. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for an amazing vacation spot!

Exceeded Expectations! Great Introduction to SW Florida!
Although my family has been to Florida several times, we had never been to SW Florida -- staying at Chasing the Sun was a great first-time experience and introduction to the area!
The check-in process was easy and the property managers couldn't have been more friendly. The house is modern, spacious, and stocked with everything you'll need for a relaxing and fun vacation. It is very easy to find, and in a safe and welcoming neighborhood.
Everyone in from family, aged 12-52, had a great time exploring the area and spending time in the pool. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous house - great Marco location
We've stayed at this property more than once, and enjoyed it every time. It's a very quiet, convenient location with easy water access as well. The house is very well kept, has a nice pool and hot tub, and the screened in lanai makes the house seem twice as big as it is. Looking forward to another visit!

Loved this Marco home! Great pool area - and loved that it was screened in. The kitchen was decked out, which made it easy to make most of our meals at home. Hosts were super friendly and place was spotless. Definitely recommending it to my friends at home.

Best Place to Stay!
We had such a great time in Marco Island at this house! It was right on the canal, which allowed us to see some great sunsets, fish from the dock, and have access to the water. The house is in a great location and really close to the beach, a few blocks from a grocery store, and near some great restaurants.
The pool and hot tub were amazing and a great way to spend the day (or night)! Both are heated, which is sometimes hard to find. The house itself was very nice, with a lot of bedrooms. We were able to fit our whole family in there very comfortably. The kitchen was perfect for us too. They had everything you needed to make meals (which we did a lot) and plenty of space to hang out.
We really enjoyed staying here and plan to again, next time we are down in Marco!

Perfect House In an Awesome Location!
We had such an incredible time with our family at this gorgeous home. And the pool/hot tub makes it hard to ever leave! The kitchen has absolutely everything you need, beds are very comfortable, the entire place is spotless and you really couldn't ask for more. When we wanted to go to the beach, it was a quick and easy drive. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful home with everything we needed!
Our family completely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house is set up wonderfully for a full family and is very professionally decorated. Everything we needed was available. Our family especially loved the pool and hot tub as we would go to the beach (5 min away) and then come home and play volleyball in the pool, grill some supper and then watch movies. We hope to stay again next year!

We had a great time staying at your home. What a great location for a family get together. The kids would have slept in the pool if we would have let them. Your home was better that advertised. We were impressed by the cleanliness and size of the home. We had 10 total with 4 children, ages 10-13. We have been to Marco before and would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future. Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home on Marco Island. The house was perfect and included everything we needed to make us feel right at home. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and sitting outside in the screened in patio every evening. The fishing poles came in handy, the kids fished everyday. Everything about the vacation was fabulous. beach, para sailing, everglades tour, bike rentals and boat rentals. We will certainly be returning and we would defiantly stay at your property again. Outstanding Property
My family and I (4 people total) stayed at this outstanding property during the 2nd week of June 2014 and we couldn't be happier with our stay.
We were greeted by Bill & his wife Carol immediately upon pulling up to the property and they walked us thru everything and answered all our questions.
The house and amentities itself were fabulous. It was extremely clean, well-kept and everything worked great. They even have fishing poles to fish off the dock and a great beach buggy with umbrella, chairs, boogy boards and all the other necessities for the beach.
It is located in a great, quiet location, and is just a few minutes drive from both Tigertail and South Marco beaches.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a warm and relaxing location in a great, reasonably priced property.

We had a wonderful time! The house was gorgeous, clean and the perfect size for our party of 9. It is in a a nice and peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful view of the canal. I've been telling everyone I know about the house and lovely Marco Island! Thank you for a memorable vacation.
