Nice and quiet stay

Homely like the name. There were 6 of us and stayed at the family room. Basic necessities were provided for. Free daily breakfast was delicious !!!

No swimming pool.

The hotel is highly recommended. You'll feel like it's your "home".

All the staff are very accommodating. The hotel itself is great. Special thanks to Sir Jack from the reception for being so welcoming and Kuya Kit for being so helpful. We appreciate our stay especially because of them.

Exceptional

Very friendly and nice staff. clean and nice interiers. Restaurant kitchen is very good as well. We got awsome reimburstment massages for delayed transfer from the airport. Higly recommended to stay here.

Boutique hotel with excellent service.

The little restaurant and bar in the restaurant was really accommodating and nice. The hotel was very boutique and quiet. The staff was very accommodating. They did not send us the promised shuttle, but reimbursed us for the cab fare in cash. They also acommodated us by having their shuttle take us to the airport at 4:30 am!

On the return trip, our air conditioner didn't work.

RELAXING 😌

Balai Princesa has a great ambiance from their lobby to their room! It feel relaxing and homey! Perfect place if you want to go to the beach! Staff are great! Breakfast is good! Not sure we don’t have TV in our room! But overall it’s perfect!

Felt like a princess

Amazing staff! Whatever requests or problems you might have they will try to solve them.

Our room was half in the basement so we only had a small window for natural light. The food in the restaurant was a bit pricy but there are plenty of other options around.

Was a wonderful stay, highly recommend.

Room was excellent, spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent location, only a few mins tricycle ride to town (for restaurants, bars etc). They provided a free airport pick up too. Our tour company collected us from the hotel for our day tours to Honda Bay and the Underground River.

Staff are great from front desk to maintenance to cafe

There is no pool. Breakfast food is below average. If I had known it was not a buffet, I would've stayed elsewhere a lot cheaper for what it's worth. Also there is not reliable hot water.

Trip from El Nido was nice, loved the experience using the amenities (jacuzzi, sauna) and the food!

Love the aesthetic vibe.

Looking forward to book here again when I go back to puerto princesa

The sauna and jacuzzi were nice. Room is also very spacious and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Shower only goes to lukewarm (slight nitpick as i like to shower with scalding hot water)

Unforgettable

I love all the staff, everyone was super pleasant, willing to help make the stay as welcoming as possible, help with any question and assisted with all the transportation. They help plan all the trips, arranged and knock on the our door every time the guides arrived. Even in the morning they went as far as reminding us what we had planned for the day. The breakfast was fresh , really one of the best hotel stays I ever had.

I have no complaints about this stay. The staff really made this trip beyond perfect.

It was short but memorable. With the hospitality of everyone in Balai Princesa, I can say that this is the place to be f

it’s very cozy and the staff are super accommodating. special thanks to Mitch, Ella, Chad for helping us with our DIY travels and arranging our airport transport and car rentals. Also to Vince and Jake at Lilim Cafe. The food is awesome! Also to Ate Josie and the other kuya and all the staff of Balai Princesa. This place is highly recommended ❤️

Exceeded our expectations!

Everything about our stay here was excellent! The rooms were lovely and still so spacious for our group of 6. The food in the restaurant was delicious- we had both breakfast and dinner here. Even though we arrived late they turned on the hot tub for us to let us use it which was fabulous! Free airport transfer which is only 5 mins away too. Would definitely recommend.

Marvalous! it’s a hidden jem!

everything! room, service, staff were amazing! most of all I was so impressed and blown away by the quality of food! I’m a Chef from the US and never expected such great food!

I would say that this is the best hotel I have ever been. My wife and I just got married and had a lovely time there even if there was a caos with all the Coronavirus situation. They gave us and helped us with all they could. The staff was amazing and we were very happy with the installations. They did more than they had to for us. I recommend this place gladly, and I hope to come back in my next trip to the Philippines.

✔ Exceptional staff service. Very warm and accommodating, Especially Mark[not sure if I remember his name correctly] who welcomed us on our arrival. Thank you ✔so inlove with our bathroom interior and details ✔ our well designed room was huge and had a very relaxing vibe and smell ✔we enjoyed the jacuzzi ✔ Delightful breakfast ✔ I upgraded the complimentary 90-min massage for only 300pesos or $6 and My dad loved it🥰 thank you! ✔Fast wifi connection
