Room was lovely. Food in the dining room and cocktails very good.
After check in , we had no water or clean towels for 28 hours. We had to speak to the manager Karen to get it resolved. Another British couple we met there had the same problem. The room service was too slow, after being out on a trip all day, needing a shower, there were no clean dry towels because housekeeping didn’t finish till 5pm. Common sense would ensure that those on the hotel trips rooms are cleaned before mid afternoon.
