Nestled in Maplewood, this attractive house for $122 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Lovely sunny home tucked away for your own privacy. The home has 2 bedrooms and a full bath and a half. It has a pullout couch so the house can sleep up to six people. There is an extra guest fee for more than 4 guests of $15 per guest per night for guests older than 2 years of age. The home has a lovely fenced in backyard which provide privacy and a place for your pet. ( approved in advance ) There is a private garage on the property as well as off street parking. Interstate 94 is four blocks away for very easy for commuting. The home is closely located to downtown St. Paul Regions Hospital and many schools as well as major companies. Great location. Fantastic backyard. There is a dog park 2 miles away. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Shopping, parks, public transportation, 20 minutes from the airport. It's a great home away from home. Great for a business person, student, a person visiting or a person or family in transition.

My wife and spent the night at the house while attending a Viking Packers game. The location was nice and the house was cozy.

The property is located close to the interstate and and we were able to get to downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis attractions within 20 min. Not much traffic even with some construction on the interstate. Nice quiet area with street parking available in front of the house while we were there. We were there in November while it was a bit cold so we didn't enjoy the backyard but is would have been pretty other times of the year. There was a nice sitting room to enjoy after a day out while the kids enjoyed the TV. We enjoyed our time there. Jane was very helpful and had suggestions to check out in there area. She was quick to respond when we had an issue with the thermostat and helped to resolve the issue!

This home was just right for our small family consisting of 2 adults, a 2 1/2 year old and our dog. Love having the security of a fenced in yard! Very quiet neighborhood, close to everything you need when visiting the twin cities, or a day trip to Stillwater or Hudson. We hiked and adventured many state parks, visited family in Shakopee, found great BBQ and Mexican restaurants. Jane was quick to communicate. Definitely recommend!

Jane is easy to contact, knowledgeable of her home. We were in town for a wedding and felt central to everything. The dog park is top notch, always full of friendly people and dogs! The yard is quiet and peaceful, we used the outdoor table and chairs provided quite often.No doubt, we will be back!

Arena. It was less than 10 minute Uber each way. The biggest issue was construction going on in st.Paul. Jane was responsive when we had some minor issues and willing to resolve. Thanks!

Lovely little home with a great fenced in yard for our pups. VERY clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with lovely bedding. The kitchen was small, but very functional. The dining room/sunroom off the kitchen was a lovely place to unwind and read a book. The only unusual aspect was an awkward/teeny tiny half bath in the master bedroom.

The home was clean and there are lots of different configurations for sleeping. It was hot and the window AC units were helpful. The host was responsive when I needed assistance. Back yard is cute. Would stay again.

The fensed in backyard was a bonus for my fur baby. We were in town for a Twins game and the location was perfect; 25 minute drive to the ball park. It was hot and humid during our stay. The window units kept the house cool, but we would've preferred cooler. The house is smaller than I anticipated, but the charm and quaintness made up for that.

Nice place to stay to get around the city and still have a nice quiet backyard, within walking distance to nice restaurants, very pleasant stay and wonderful interactions with Jane. Thank you so much, will definitely consider if back in the area.

Long weekend visiting with my adult children and grandchild. Excellent location, well equipped kitchen. We made a nice Cinco de Mayo dinner. It was muggy at night and there was only one fan so we borrowed one from my son. Nice yard but we didn’t get a chance to use the patio and grill due to the weather.

The house worked perfectly for our stay in the cities with a dog. It's easy to get to many locations in St. Paul and Minneapolis since it's right off of 94. It has a good gathering spot for morning coffee. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a quaint house had what we needed. Price was great. Easy entrance with a keyless security code. We got several good nights sleep. We brought our two dogs with us it had a fenced in back yard this was huge and we were very grateful to be able to bring them. We found a little
Italian restaurant not far called the Little
Oven we ordered to go dinner one night and breakfast another .

Jane's house was great! Backyard was perfect for my pup, it was spacious, clean, enclosed, and quiet enough for my reactive dog. House itself was great too, perfect location. Communication with Jane was easy as well. Would definitely stay again!

I’m not used to window AC, so the first night was a little tough getting used to having the sound of it running. After I adjusted to it there were no issues. Would recommend!

Because this is a dog friendly rental, I would recommend cleaning the filters in the AC units and the exhaust fan in the bathroom regularly. It will cut down on allergies and prolong the life of the units. The bathroom was not pulling in the hot air from showering, we tested it with a piece of paper.
Overall, the this home is a good rental option for pet owners. The backyard is awesome! The home itself is older and needs some repairs to maintain it- electrical, door frames, weather stripping, loose deck boards, lights bulbs, etc. But there was nothing major and the property owner did a good job responding quickly to messages.
