About this house rental
Paraiso (means paradise) is just steps away from the sugar white sand beaches and gorgeous emerald waters of Destin, Florida. We are located within the gated community of Villages of Crystal Beach subdivision, a tropical, family-oriented community of upscale homes, situated 2 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. Walk the 500 yards to the beach, or hop on the free, seasonal trolley (spring break, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend). We are also located across from Destin Commons, which features over 100 shops and restaurants, movie theater and pop-up water fountains - always popular with the kids. The pool and spa area is unbelievable, something you'd find in a world class resort. The lagoon style pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clean water, with a walk-in area, three waterfalls, spa and lavish landscaping, and plenty of sitting areas for your group to enjoy. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a Tiki Bar to help you relax and get in the beach groove. House is completely appointed with everything you'll need while renting! It is nicely furnished and beautifully decorated with all new mattresses, beds, bedding and furniture. Downstairs has bamboo flooring and kitchen and bathrooms all have granite countertops and nice cabinetry. You will enjoy the two master suites available, the one on the first floor has a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second master is on the second floor, with its own bathroom and shower. The two masters allow for two families to stay comfortably. The two master bedrooms each have king sized bed, one guest room has a queen bed, and access to the covered balcony, and the 4th bedroom has one bunk bed (twin over twin) and a twin size day bed. The 4th bedroom also has its own 32inch LCD TV and DVD player. You will enjoy pillow top mattresses on every bed. Living room has a brand new 65inch smart LED TV with HULU, Disney+, and ESPN+. Dining room seats 8-10 with 2 bar stools and fully stocked kitchen. Additionally, there is a loft area on the second floor where you will find the second living area with a queen sized sofa bed for additional sleeping. Young and older ones can enjoy 52 inch LCD TV and board games. This home has a full size washer and dryer on the second floor. Reservations must be made by an adult over the age of 25 with a valid credit card and driver's license, and this adult must be staying in the property. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and spacious. The pool area was very nice. We had a great trip and will be back.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 and our friends’ family of 4. Another family could have stayed comfortably as well because there was an entire bedroom we did not use. The location was perfect for the kids- the neighborhood was quiet and the streets were not busy at all. Families were walking, riding bikes, and playing in the streets. The pool was amazing with a zero entry side that was great for small kids. The pool has plenty of space and chairs so we never felt crowded. The beach was only a short golf cart ride away. I would highly recommend this house. The owner was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had.

We couldn't have asked for a better place for our first blended family vacation. The house allowed everyone to have their separate space when wanted, yet was able to accommodate us spending time together.

The location of this property was GREAT and the pool was great. The house was a tad dirty when we arrived. Fridge had leaked water all over the floor, so that needed cleaned as soon as we got in. The fridge is also missing almost all of its shelves inside the door. It made it very hard to store things in the fridge. The furniture was TERRIBLE. The couch was so dirty and gross feeling we needed to have a blanket on it at all times to even sit. Chairs were the same. I didn’t feel comfortable with my twins crawling on the floor because the rug was so gross. The furniture all seemed like it was going to break as soon as anything was laid down on it. Tv hardly worked. Beds on the second floor were terrible. I felt like my bed was going to break every time I crawled into it. Overall I think we would definitely stay in the neighborhood again, but not at this house. For the price, I wasn’t real impressed with what we got. Easy walk to the beach. No issues with bugs.

We had so much fun at this property. It was the perfect size for our group, 6 adults and 3 children. It was a quick walk to the pool, quick walk or bus ride to the beach, and easy to get out and about to get groceries. We couldn’t find the bedding for the pull out and the property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. Someone with our state license plate was parked on the street and the property manager even called to warn us (even though the car wasn’t ours). This was our first trip to Destin, and we now know where we are going every year. The pool was great as long as you make sure to read and follow the rules. We did get slapped on the hand for our small children bringing toys that weren’t allowed into the pool, but it was an easy fix. Will 11/10 try to get this house next year, it was great!

Your house was perfect for our 2 families to enjoy spring break! The house was very clean, there was space for all of us to have down time if we needed. Beds were super comfy and the kids loved having the game system in the room! We were so close to everything and you exceeded our expectations! We hope to be back again soon!

Overall the rental did its job! It was a nice home with close proximity to the beach. Only issue I had was trying to find the iron and wifi kept goin out but we was so busy enjoying outside that it wasn't an issue. I did see a cpl of roaches in the closet where the garbage is kept. But cleanliness was overall good!

Nice Getaway.
Overall we were not disappointed; description was accurate, clean and well maintained. The reviews about parking and rules at the pool are also accurate, we had to play car tetris but it was expected. Neighborhood was quite and easy access to grocery store and restaurants. If I visit again I likely will not stay in this neighborhood again due to parking, but the kids did love the pool.

Property manager was quick to respond and easy to discuss things with. I had 3 families with me, 8 adults and 2 young children. The grill wasn't clean when we used it the first time but it really only took a few minutes to clean. We loved the pool, it was amazing! Both my 4 yr old and 1 yr old could enjoy it! Its only a short drive or walk to the beach, we had no issues once we got our bearings there. I do wish there had been an extra tv in the queen bedroom on the 2nd floor just due to the people we had with us. We did have some roaches show up in the kitchen our first day there. I think between the weather, its Florida, and where the trash is kept at the side of the house just is a source of the issue since so many of those properties are rentals around and some have more trash piled in the cans than others. May need to spray the property more often due to those factors and the owner had it sprayed as soon as i messaged about it. The house was clean and welcoming. It was a very family friendly in the neighborhood until the weekend hit and some rougher groups showed up that were loud, drunk and obnoxious at the pool. Having 2 young kids with me made that very aggravating. We saw the deputies get called to the neighborhood twice on Friday and Saturday due to those groups, we booked a Monday to Monday stay. Our trip was very relaxing and the house itself was wonderful. Aside from those minor setbacks, I would stay there again. We truly enjoyed the home and it was close to a lot of things and the beach for a great price for when we had booked our trip. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a great stay in this house. Check in was the easiest ever! House was very clean, centrally located, pool was great! If I had any suggestions at all it would be adding a tv to the master bedroom and stocking a few more towels/washcloths, but besides that I couldn’t ask for better!

the only bad thing it was the walk to the beach with are 5 month old baby the pool was great always someone there if there's any problem i will rent this house again.

I chaperoned my daughter and her 3 friends (teenagers) for spring break. Easy walk to pool. Little bit further for beach but not far (I’d say about 4 blocks). Very convenient to grocery and restaurants. Very quiet at night. Unfortunately the yard crew worked on spreading pine straw and mowing everyday at dawn! Hopefully a rarity. Otherwise quiet and easy to find. Great setup. Master on main. 3 bedrooms second floor including sitting area on 2nd floor. Well stocked kitchen. Only negative is I hate that a majority of beaches are private in Destin. Really hate that. Homeowners should really fight for beaches to be better marked. Perhaps this rental owner could provide some guidance in the unit as to where to go to public beaches. But I used the internet without problem to locate public beaches

Wonderful Family Vacation
The house was spacious and beautiful. We had 6 adults and 3 children and we all thought the beds were very comfortable. Beach was a little bit of a walk but we did it in the evening so it was cooler. We all enjoyed the pool. Owners were always very quick at getting back to us about any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home and would use it again if coming to the area. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect for our needs
We had 4 adults & 4 kids (ages 8-10) and this place was perfect for us. We were able to get into the house an hour early, upon our arrival into town. The pool was amazing and never overly crowded. The kitchen was a little cramped (2 people max at a time) but well stocked with the tools we needed and the dining area sat us all comfortably. Our only complaints - the beach was a little far of a walk for the kids (mostly on the way home when they were sandy & tired) but we decided the fantastic pool more than made up for that. The family room furniture could be more comfortable and conducive to a group - i get the benefit of a pullout sofa but we didn't need the extra bed space and it really took away from the comfort of the sofa itself. The last issue was the lack of space for hanging wet towels/clothes. The community has strict rules about hanging anything over the balcony, so we laid our stuff over the chairs up there. Would be helpful to have a drying rack you could set up outside to have space to dry the wet stuff. All things considered we had an amazing time and would definitely return to this community!

The house was in a great location to the beach and pool. It has tons of space and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was stocked with everything we needed. I would book this house again.
