This beautifully decorated single-family home in the Villas At Corolla Bay is just steps away from the beach access (and one of the closest homes to the beach access in the community). Enjoy being within walking distance of sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the sound. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, it is perfect for families and has everything you''ll need for your Outerbanks vacation. Home is equipped with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, four adult bicycles, beach caddy, and pack 'n play to make your stay enjoyable. Cook up your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen or on the outdoor grill and then relax after sunset with a glass of wine in the hot tub. After a day in the surf and sand, the whole family will enjoy the 6 Smart TV’s with cable (including NFL Network, HBO, Cinemax and Showtime!), recreation room, wireless internet, toys and games. While in Corolla, enjoy amazing coastal views from sound to sea, activities that will thrill the entire family, as well as great shopping and dining. Corolla's history and charm will quickly make this one of your favorite destinations. This Corolla Bay home is located close to the Community pool and recreation options, including shuffleboard, horseshoes, sand volleyball , and a brand, new playset! Mid Level: Here you will find a beautiful King mbr with a 40” flat screen TV & deck access, a bedroom offering another King & a 40” smart tv and a bedroom with DuoBunk w/ Trundle & a 26" flat screen tv w/ dvd that share a full bath. You’ll also find the laundry area located on this level. Top Level: Features a designer great room with electric fireplace, 65” smart Roku tv, Blu Ray player and deck access. A new loveseat and sleeper sofa have just been added in fall of 2020! Any cooks in the group will love the well-stocked kitchen and the open layout with stainless appliances. The dining area has seating for everyone including 3 bar stools at the raised kitchen bar. Rounding out this lovely home is the half bath. There is NO elevator at this home. SUPPLIES TO BRING - Upon arrival, you will find a new roll of toilet paper in each bathroom as well as a roll of paper towels in the kitchen and a kitchen trash bag. These items will not be replenished during your stay and you will need to bring or buy these items and all other consumable items such as dish soap, coffee filters, toilet paper, bath soap, etc. SUMMER TRAFFIC - to avoid bottleneck traffic as you travel north on Route 12, plan to arrive in Corolla before 10am or after 5pm on checkin day. Many guests enjoy the day exploring the southern end of the OBX in Kitty Hawk and Nags Head and then make their way to Corolla in the afternoon. be

This house was exactly as pictured. It was in a great location with a short walk to the beach and the owners were responsive to the few questions I had during our stay. The hot tub and pool were a nice addition on the days the ocean was rough and I hope to make it back there for another trip.

Overall we were quite happy with the house. It is conveniently located near the 4x4 beach access ( only a few minute ride)and a very short walk to the public beach access. It Had all the cooking essentials we needed, the extra fridge in the garage was a bonus and convenient. We would consider staying here again.

Our first time in the OBX. House as described and Karen was super responsive. One item to note, the beach is five minutes away, but you need to go over a sandy hill or steps to get there. Was a little challenging to maneuver with a wagon but all neighboring access points were similar. Would recommend!

This house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids ages 1-7. We used the pool every afternoon after the beach. The backyard is fenced in and worked so well for the kids to play outside. The house is clean, well kept and the owners are super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for an amazing vacation!

The beach house is well-appointed, with room for everyone! It is a short walk to the beach and many amenities just steps from the back door. We enjoyed our visit to Corolla and stay.

We were so amazed and happy to see how family friendly this home was. Bikes, scooters, beach utility cart, and many toys and games for kids!!! Our four year old granddaughter didn't even notice the rain the first day because of the many different toys to play with. Highly recommend for a family vacation!

The wonderfully maintained walk way will lead you right to the beach. This home had everything we could have wanted and needed for our stay. We look forward to returning next year!

Everything about the property and host greatly exceeded any needs me or my family may have. Nice Quiet neighborhood that is not too far from the mix. The kids had an amazing time in and around this beautiful residence. So much history and beautiful scenery around this peaceful property!!! I would do this again a hundred times over.

Quiet place where we had privacy and close enough to grocery and other amenities to be very convenient. We had 6 people ranging from 10 - 80 years of age and all had a ball. Really like the location and will consider again when going to the outer banks.

This home is in an excellent location with easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and activities. Anything (and everything) we needed for cooking or relaxing was found on the property. The homeowner could not be any more accessible or kind. She is wonderful!

We appreciated all the amenities from all the kitchen appliances and cookware to all the beach gear. Your yard is beautiful and love the outdoor furniture. Location was perfect - such an easy walk to the beach (and we were out there multiple times a day!) We will back again. Happy New Year!!

We stayed at Sandy Toes for 3 weeks with our family revolving through. This home is very well equipped, has a short walk to the ocean, and is warm and comfortable. There is a nice community pool right out the door, a volleyball court, horseshoes and a shuffleboard set up. So much for the family to do outdoors. Then indoors there are games, puzzles, TV’s everywhere and an equipped kitchen. Our host, Karen was so helpful, with recommendations, tips about the community and was always available. We really appreciated her attention. Great place on the Outer Banks!

We stayed at Sandy Toes for 3 weeks with our family revolving through. This home is very well equipped, has a short walk to the ocean, and is warm and comfortable. A Must-Rent Property
We loved staying at Karen’s home! She was amazing! The day we arrived, there was a mix up with the property manager and the cleaning crew, so the home wasn’t ready when expected (they had told us we could do an early check in). Karen swooped right in and let us unload into the garage early so our groceries wouldn’t spoil! We were so thankful!
After that the entire trip was incredibly smooth. The location of the house was great and the kids enjoyed the community pool. The community itself is very small so the pool was never crowded! Our group used the shuffleboard and horseshoe pits as well. The hot tub was enormous and clean! The garage is full of extras - no need to bring a lot of the bulky things with you, because Karen supplies them.
The beach is a short walk away and there is a path. There’s a lifeguard on duty right there. We went out at night and saw a million crabs scuttling in and out of crab holes - my kids were thrilled!
Overall a wonderful trip and a very gracious host. We’re glad we stayed with Karen and plan to do so again in the future.

The house and host are amazing. Walking distance to the beach. Right next to a pool and volleyball court. The patio is perfect for grilling, hanging out, and getting in the hot tub. Quiet neighborhood.
A few of us moms took our teens for a fun get away. Just wow! It was so perfect. Host was friendly and prompt to respond. I imagine this one books up very quickly, but rest assured we will want to come again! Book while you can:) Thank you to our hosts! It was a perfect stay!! (And the garage comes full of things to add to the fun- bikes, chairs, balls). I have one regret- that I didn't take time to go for a bike ride!!

We had a fantastic time at Sandy Toes. The weather was cold and windy most of the week, but the house kept us having a good time. The kids and I enjoyed braving the elements by running back-and-forth between the house and the hot tub. The house was conveniently located and outfitted with puzzles, games, and toys. Karen was so available and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We’ll definitely try coming again!
