Stay south of the bridge, won't come back

Clean, Paper goods stocked. Large. Easy access, safe location.

Pretty much everything, getting through duck is a nightmare, We left 3 hours before checkout and still waited for almost an hour going through Duck. The location had views of NOTHING, no maps provided of beaches or villa services. Absolutely nothing provided beyond sheets, towels and paper goods, after paying over $300 a day you needed to pay more to use the bikes and other items. I will never go back to Corolla, Nags Head/Avon etc. are all much much nicer, a LOT easier to travel, and not nearly as crowded. The apartments and homes are all plastic, cookie cutter places with zero character. Probably the worst outer banks experience I've had and I've been going there since I was 2 years old.

Sibling vac

Beautiful condo and everything was provided. Labeling the light switches would eliminate a lot of confusion.

The floors were dirty. I swept dirt, cereal, toys, etc from under the living room sofa. The other floors felt sandy.

Location was great the town was great the house however wasn't up to standards as far as the cost.

The location was good the hot tub was nice to have it was also nice to have a kitchen and multiple bedrooms. I did like the door code instead of having to go somewhere and get a key.

Our first night there we had found out after a officer had come to her house that the back door to the patio didn't have a lock. My husband over the course of a couple days till multiple cockroaches which I will attach a picture. Oh we did not have any blinds at our facilities except in the bedrooms so everybody could see when we were in the main living room and down below in the basement you could see in everywhere.

We had a nice time with friends an enjoyed the accommodations and their proximity to the beach.

The location is great. The size of the property is nice and it was well stocked with kitchen items and games.

There were a ton of spiders and spider webs on both outdoor patios. Also the floor under the couch was very dirty. We had an infant on the floor and so could see all the dirt and dust under the furniture.

Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable living for the week

Passable

Location was amazing , ocean side pool and club house are amazing. Trolley is convenient. Close to beach and stores .

Weren’t even allowed to check in until 5 pm due to “cleaning”. House was far from clean , in fact it was worse then a truck stop motel 6. There were clothes still left in the dresser in my room , tons of someone else hair in our sheets indicating that our sheets hadn’t even been changed. There were dead bug and spider webs all over the entire house . The balcony’s an hot tub areas weren’t even useable due to filth , and infestation of spiders. Also an entire ripped screen in the back. What appeared to be vomit and mold left all over the porch . Just really over all disgusted an unsatisfied. You expect paying close to $4,000 an driving 11 hours to have things in emasculate shape. We have stayed in these condos before , it was a much better experience then .

Upstairs was fine.

Sliding glass door on the lower level was boarded up with glass pieces still in frame and sharp pieces on the floor inside house. Very dangerous. Too many died flies on ceiling and deck areas.

We loved the location. It was very close to several beach accesses and within a short drive to shopping, dining and other attractions. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil, gadget, pot, pan or dish we could ever need. The hot tub was amazing too.

The beds were not comfortable.

Great place

Everything that was advertised was available. The rooms were fantastic and the space was huge. Even though this wasn’t an oceanfront property we were a quick 2 minute drive away from the beach.

Beds were very uncomfortable, seems like there was plastic on the mattress and made noise.

Warm and cozy home

Roomy, cleanliness, kitchen accommodations. Neighbor wasn’t too friendly but still had a nice time

Too close to neighbors especially if you hadn’t said anything to them nor bother them. Few more kitchen towels/dish clothes

The layout and spaciousness made you feel like you are at home. The Grandkids loved it!

The bugs in the unit in particular large roaches, the bed in the master suite was not comfortable.
