Beautiful facility.

This is a very nice property. It’s located right on the water and the room was beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. There are also opportunities to do water sports right outside the front door

It was a little pricey for me to stay here, but I wanted to be near this area so I could take the wild horse tour the next day

Very disappointing and alarming!

As soon as we checked in and went to our room, we noticed the distinct smell of old animal urine and something in the air caused my allergies to be triggered. I immediately went back to the front desk and requested a refund because of my allergies and inability to stay in my room.

The floors and walls need to be deep-cleaned.

Awesome stay at Corolla

We had a queen room facing the lawn but it was adjacent to the verandah where they provided table/chairs and we sat enjoying the view of the water and the breeze. They provided a continental breakfast and was very good and nutritious.

The bathroom shower area may have a separation to prevent water spilling out; saying that i would note that our bathroom was probably for people needing help so additional blockage may not work for them.

Stay at the Inn

Office staff seemed like they were in a bad mood...resort nigh grounds keep very nice, breakfast worker very very nice...location great...the Inn could have been cleaner...mold all over shower head...spiderwebs everywhere..windows dirty...overall rooms clean, no bugs.....they did have a dining room for breakfast however they would not allow you to sit in it during lunch or dinner...very good place if you had to bring a pet...seems everyone was very good at cleaning up after their dogs...lots of stairs and no elevator! Continental breakfast spread was nice...fruit, cereal, muffins, coffee, sausage egg muffins, yougart..

Great location, building needs some investment.

Location, basically on the beach , over the dunes and your are in the sea, or watching surfers yoga runners from 5 am . Happy hour is lively and busy band were great , queue for drinks very busy.

Unluckily I arrived late in a thunder storm. Restaurant was closed and the area in the bar that was dry ( sheltered) was full of people who seem to be drinking since the happy. Food order was wrong but hey I was hungry. Food was Ok. Main disappointment was dead bolt failed in my room and I had to ring reception at 6am to get out of my room. Fair play to staff they seem to take my concerns seriously. Locks on doors need to be better .

i guess it was nice. wouldn’t stay here again though.

the view.

the ladies that work in the office.. they were not welcoming. also the room I stayed in was not very clean.. there was still hair in the shower. floors dirty. room looks nice if you take a glance at it! but once you’re already in you see a lot of details that are missing. also the walls are too thin.. you hear everything. kids running around and jumping up and down. the price I paid was definitely not worth it.

nice location. this was our third visit over the past 10 years . slightly disappointed by this visit

all staff were very nice, helpful and friendly with one exception, after a 250 mile drive to the property on Wednesday 5th at 4:30pm we were met by a n exceptionally rude female receptionist who immediately accused us of booking the property through a second agent ie booking.com and supplying an incorrect telephone number. this angered us considerably since we had phoned the property directly and left a message on their answering machine after we were contacted by booking.com requesting us to contact the property the supply of utensils for the kitchen was very poor. we were only supplied with one bowl no spoons and two knives and forks

very expensive for off season and room noisy.

nice location in summer, room was clean and large. some catering facilities so could cook an easy evening meal if you wanted. location is good in the civilised part of the overall area, suited to adults where the south end is more suited to young families. what little interaction I had with staff was fine, asked if I was happy, given noise from room above is a structural issue not much point raising it with him.

I arrive at 5.20 and reception was shut, luckily another guest had a number I could ring, I wasn’t giveninstructions at all. room was ok but window onto common walkway so needed curtains drawn when in room. noise from upstairs, if they are moving you can pinpoint their position above you. photos of outside are better than reality. Continental breakfast is pretty sparse. main concern for me was price though. in this off season period it felt extremely expensive for what it is. I can imagine paying this or more in high season, though noise issues would still remain. overall not the best experience.

Disappointing

Whoever had the room before us must have had pets room smelled like wet dogs,tub was broke cobwebs in all the windows.Wife and I were married there on the pier twenty five years ago staff could have cared less.Overpriced room two hundred a nite out of season was too high

Disappointing

it was a pretty area and it had a lot to offer such as bikes for guests to us

Poor

Unfortunately my wife and I could not stay at the Inn, we did not know there were 3 levels. We were booked on the 3 rd level. My wife could not climb stairs. There is no elevator at this Inn. The Inn charged us for three of the four nights we were booked . I suggested if you have three floor Inn te website should mention there is 3 levels and no elevator. That way the disabled is informed. Thanks Corolla Inn for riping us off.

Convenient location

The room was clean, the beds were big, clean, and warm, toiletries were readily available, the view was great, had coffee in the room... couldn't have been better!

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of an elevator to get to our 3rd floor room, rather than having to climb up the outdoor steps with our luggage.

Superb

Room had a comfortable feel to it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great.

In the pictures the room looked bigger, but there was still enough space. I didn’t get a room with a view, but wish I would have.

Awesome stay. Only negative was bathroom lssue

Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of options and great opportunity to meet other guests and Bruce was full of knowledge

No counter space in bathroom area or even hook on bathroom door. Basically no place to put personal belongings

Our trip was perfect and we will be back again.

Our rooms were great. Spacious with plenty of amenities inside the room for comfort and leisure. Kitchen and small kitchenette were stocked with essentials to make a meal and not have to buy extra items.

Wish the floor in our room was a little cleaner. My white socks were black after 5 minutes and my shoes were a little sticky to the floor - other than that, it was perfect.

Great location and super staff. The breakfast is really good. Room could use some updates.

Breakfast was awesome. The location was great. Right on the water.

Small tv. Tv really would not have been an issue but it is college football season and my team was on. Room overall could use some freshening up.

Wonderful spot, well run.

The location on the sound was unparalleled. Just beautiful and the pool was stunning as a result. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The closet didn’t close, there were a few ants in the room, and there was a musty smell in the bathroom.

Very nice place to stay.

Beautiful sound front view, that was perfect for watching gorgeous sunsets!

The A/C had this extremely loud, repetitive, clicking noise, that would come & go ALL NIGHT! But other than that, it was a pretty nice room.

For the money we paid, I would have expected so much more. Hotel is old. Lighting in stairwells very poor. Bathroom sink and lighting extremely bad. No daily room service. Breakfast was disappointing.
