About this condo rental
Nestled in Crescent Beach, this charming condo for $355 per night is a great choice for your next break. The perfect family vacation spot with marvelous oceanfront view of beautiful Crescent Beach. Our unit is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, pool, direct access to the beach and only minutes away from multiple dining choices in St. Augustine, all the historical and sightseeing attractions with one of the best view on the beach. The perfect place to relax and enjoy your time away. The view welcomes you the moment the front door is opened with a direct ocean view through spacious ceiling to floor windows. The view draws you down the hallway which opens -up into the kitchen, dining room and living area. The whole area can be used for enjoying family or a romantic evening with a 55” flat screen TV. Slip through the sliding glass door from the living room onto the balcony to enjoy the sunrise with that first cup of freshly brewed coffee in the counter chairs while catching a glimpse of dolphins, if you are lucky. You may find your favorite room is the master suite but I will leave that up to you. The suite is furnished with a brand new luxurious king-size bed, en suite bath with shower and tub, 55” flat screen TV, spectacular ocean views where you can walk out onto the private balcony. The condo has two other spacious bedrooms and a second full bathroom convenient to both. One bedroom offers brand new queen size bed, 55” flat screen TV with view of the Intracoastal Waterway which is perfect to enjoy the sunset with a quick step out of the front door. The other bedroom has two twin beds and a 55” flat screen TV, just perfect for the kids. For your convenience upon arrival, you will find all the sheets, pillows and towel sets needed for every bed and bath. We have a full- sized laundry room with a washer and dryer you are welcome to use, so freshen up those swimsuits and beach towels. Four beach chairs are located in the laundry room and beach towels are in the master linen closet for a relaxing day on the beach. At the Sand Dollar II complex the following amenities are provided, covered parking, an oceanfront pool for lounging and sunbathing with tables and umbrellas. Enjoy relaxing with a good book in the shade or soaking up the sunshine. You have lighted tennis court bordering the marshes for a quick game of tennis and pickleball. The best of all, a private walkway leads you down to the beautiful white sand beaches of Crescent Beach. You will soon find out these are all the reasons to vacation at our condo. There is nothing more you will need. This condo has it all. Great location, 1 minute walk to the beach, pools, and the view is perfect. My family has come to John’s condo 4 years in a row and they always look forward to it. Thanks John!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very cottage like in feel. The owners were very gracious and open to communication. The community was very family oriented, the beach was not overcrowded, and it was a short drive to historic St.Augustine. We felt very welcome.

Our condo owners were exceptionally eager to make our stay a memorable family time in a beautiful setting by the ocean. It was the roomiest, clean unit we have rented. They provided tourist info and made restaurant recommendations.
When we arrived there were flowers and a variety of snacks and assorted coffee flavors.
Our hosts responded quickly to our two calls.

We couldn’t have asked for anything more from the stay at this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay at the beach. The view of the beach, from both the balcony and from the floor to ceiling windows, was amazing. There were so many added touches, like the bottle of wine, beverages, and snacks that were in the condo when we arrived. John was very accommodating and the perfect host. Great place, great time!

We’ve stayed at this condo a few times before and once again it provided an excellent experience! Great location, first class views of the ocean and beach, very clean and well equipped. Examples are cold mugs in the freezer, snacks, cold water and when you arrive, fresh flowers, little things that normal condos just don’t provide. You can tell a personal touch is provided. Highly recommended!

The owner was great about communication and helpful with suggestions. Beds were all comfortable. We had family visit for a long weekend and they were so impressed. The pool overlooks the ocean and is also very nice. The beach is not crowded and very clean. We stayed for 2 weeks and it went way too fast. Luxury and comfort while watching the ocean and sunshine.
We have been going to Crescent Beach for over 11 years, and this was the best place we've stayed so far. The condo was lovely with nice furniture, but it was also very comfortable. John was helpful for anything we needed, and stocked it with basics and wine and flowers, and we felt very welcome there.

John was excellent to work with and very accommodating as he delivered medical supplies to the unit so they were there for my arrival. The condo is immaculate and very well furnished. Felt like we were at home with fresh flowers and wine awaiting us at arrival. The property is well kept up and the beach access is steps away. The grandkids had a blast as we all did. Certainly hope to be back. John and Tammy are great host. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We have vacationed at this property for 2 years now and enjoy every minute we are able to spend here. The condo is very clean and John goes out of his way to make sure you are wanting for nothing. We have family and kids from 21 to 7 years old and everyone loves it here. The beach is amazing and the pools are always open. This place is a must stay!!

From the moment you open the front door and catch the ocean view through the floor to ceiling windows, you know that this is going to be a great vacation. The condo is nicely stocked with everything you might need, even a bottle of wine, assorted drinks, and some snacks! John was a wonderful host and was always quick to reply. We will stay here again!

We’ve stayed at these condos for the past 27 years, and this is by far the place that feels like we are welcomed guests. Absolutely gutted that it’s not available for our dates next summer, but we’ll be sure to book early enough for ‘23! Wish I could give more than 5 stars for this home away from home.
