It is within walking distance for everything you will need for a beach trip with your friends and/or family. Restaurants, Bars, Grocery Stores, and of course the most gorgeous beaches that Florida has to offer. My group did not have to drive anywhere the entire weekend. The house is huge and well kept, with plenty of room to accommodate multiple families. My group had 12 people and we all slept comfortably in our own space. The hosts also provide multiple added amenities for your use. Bikes, fishing poles, wet suites, ping pong table... This place was loaded with things to do! We visited in early November, and the pool was heated and very comfortable. Jason and Louise provide clear and concise directions for check in, and we responsive with any questions I had. My husband said BEST vacation ever as he finally got to a Nascar Race and they also went deep sea fishing and caught their limit, in his world it doesn’t get any better than that.
