Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, this home is the perfect place to bring the family for your Disneyland vacation.

CITY REQUIREMENTS:
+ Current REG Permit # REG2023-00033
+ Max Occupancy - 13 individuals including infants (8 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee
+ Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 4 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (will fit 2 standard and 2 minivans). Must not encroach into sidewalk. NO parking on public streets. PERMIT Parking Area Only. RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement for their reservation.
+ Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee.
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.
+Small dogs allowed (under 25 lbs) - fee and deposit will apply. Inquire for more information.
+For the convenience and security of the Guest, Funtierland also accepts Visa and Mastercard credit card payments but reserves the right to charge a 3.95% convenience fee. No convenience fees are incurred for payment via paper check, e-check, or ACH in US Funds.
+All rentals booked/paid for within 30 days of arrival:
Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.
Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.

I wish they would update the theme--the little dolls on the walls were dusty and creepy. However, the pool was wonderful, even though there is no water flowing down the slide--while that's a little deceptive, and we spent a lot of time trying to figure it out, it still worked, slick enough in wet swim suits. Mattresses were very comfortable, and that's huge if you're spending long days walking around Disneyland. Recommended using Lyft or Uber to Disney instead of walking--it's a mile, and Lyft will save time and money over the Disney parking lots. Lots of supplies in the kitchen, but bring your own toilet paper if you're particular! Air conditioning worked great. Some of the window coverings could be better. All in all, we had a great stay and worth it.

Very clean, every possible thing we needed was available. Kiddos loved the decor and awesome pool. Adults loved the hot tub and three full bathrooms as well as the fully stocked kitchen. Nice quite neighborhood easily walkable to the parks

This was the perfect place to stay for our large family vacation. There were plenty of bedrooms, the house was spacious, the pool area was amazing, we had so much fun hanging out there. It was also a close walk to Disneyland. We hope to stay here again!

Loved staying here. Easy walk to Disney (about 20 minutes with the kids). They loved the pool and slide. There were plenty of towels and having laundry on site was wonderful.Host was attentive and beds were very comfortable
