As you enter the living room of this cozy cabin you will find a large stacked stone fireplace and a 46" HD television along with a sleeper sofa for lounging or additional guests. Awaiting you in the master bedroom is a stacked stone red heart shaped jacuzzi perfect for a romantic evening. You also have a king size log bed, dresser and TV with DVD and a Playstation 2. It takes alot for me to leave a bad review and we are very laid back and understanding but I just feel like they didn’t care at all. It wasn’t a big deal for us but if your arriving after the sun goes down you need to plan accordingly it’s kind of hard to find! None of the towels or sheets/blankets smelled clean. The pictures are very deceiving. The view is not the same as pictured and it’s right on top of another cabin. The cabin needs a good cleaning. The jets in the tub were blowing out black stuff. The hot tub had an over heated code and it was insanely hot. I keep my hot tub at 104 at home it was well over that. We called twice and They never came out to fix it and never let us know anything else about it. We were there for 6 nights! Somebody could have came and fixed it. Once they get your money they couldn’t care less. The amount of money we paid to stay here I feel like it should have been a priority. We are not hard to please at all but this really ticked me off. We will not be staying with this company again. if they could put more priority on their customers and clean the cabin better this
place would be a pretty nice place to stay! My kids loved the game room upstairs.

We had such an awesome time here! We played games and enjoyed the hot tub. The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was spectacular as well. Will definitely rent again!!!

Tub was clogged and wouldn’t drain, bathroom sink dripped the whole week we were there. Maintenance showed up unannounced a day before we were leaving even though I spoke to the property manager the day we arrived about these things and they only fixed the tub issue, even though according to other reviews I saw it’s been an ongoing issue. We had to unload previous vacationers dishes from dishwasher to load ours, which I thought is the cleaning companies duty. Absolutely NO view like the pictures. Trees covered the whole “view”. The only good thing that we got to see was a family of bears at the cabin.

We loved the comfiness of the cabin! It was cozy and homey, the hot tub was very clean and much larger than expected, and the game room upstairs is just awesome! Thanks so much for the awesome amenities and service!

We loved the cabin. It was just 2 of us and we had plenty of room. Loved the video games because they were ones we played as teenagers. Very private which was awesome. GPS would go out trying to get back and we had a hard time getting back in the dark. Only hold back.

We had a great time! The game room was very fun. Kitchen and living room open concept was nice. Bed was nice too. Hot tub was great. Only complaints were that the view wasn’t as expected with trees covering. Also, the shower was hard to operate. We bought wine but got there with a broken bottle opener so had to go out for a new one. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work either. Other than that we had a great time!

We were very disappointed with our stay. In general, the property was not really clean. There were cobwebs in many places, dirty return air grill, rip in the pool tabletop, loose commode seat, missing toilet paper holder, mini blinds extremely dusty, unable to get the jacuzzi to work (later found out that a ground fault had tripped.), no closet for hang up cloths. dripping bathroom sink, no drain plug in the sink, loose shower fixtures in the bathtub, torn cover on outdoor hot tub and trouble with the TV in the bedroom. The pool table does not have sufficient room due to other games in the room and there was no ball rack. The bed mattress was very noisy every time you moved.
The road to the property makes it almost impossible to find without a GPS.
I sent pictures to the property manager and the property manager did have maintenance to come and fix several of the things, but he was unable to fix some of them.

Stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better cabin for the 2 of us! Tucked away in a quiet area with plenty of privacy. Super cozy cabin. We enjoyed the heart shaped bath tub and the game room upstairs. 10/10 would recommend for a couples get away or honeymoon. Would stay here again !!

My husband and I stayed at the Honey Bear cabin on our honeymoon and we loved it! It’s a very small cabin perfect for two nestled up high in the mountains. The only complaints we had were some cleanliness issues when we first arrived, and the view from the back deck being so overgrown you can’t see the mountains hardly at all like the pictures show. Overall a very cute cabin!

Cabin was nice. 2 people working 12 hour shifts hours from each other made it very hard with the “needs to be signed by this time”. Beware of all the fees added. I booked such short notice that I would have lost money if I cancelled after realizing all the fees. Communication when renting a place could be way better! We enjoyed our stay but won’t return this cabin.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. There are plenty of things to do in the cabin from the game room, tvs, and relaxing in the hot tub. The only thing that would have improved the experience is if the bed was a little softer. Its was a little stiff and made my joints hurt.

There were multiple issues that we had at the property first being the games upstairs are in bad shape the joysticks don’t respond well some buttons don’t work right the skeball machine can only do one round before needing to be shut off right away. There was no PS2 which was stated in the listing. The DIRECTV went out and was not able to be fixed during our stay. The dishes were very dirty there were black spots on different things the amount of pans and such is very limited so be prepared to make do. The bed also creeks at the slightest movement so if you get up in the middle of the night your partner will definitely awaken as well. The tvs remotes also respond very slowly which is frustrating over time. There was also the sound of water dripping all night which became obnoxious. Lastly the hot tub has a sign stating not to be in longer than 15 min which really defeates the purpose of using it.

This was the first time me and the fiancé used vrbo. They made it super easy for use! the first night, the heat didn't wotk. They got maintenance to the cabin in less that 30 minutes. We had a great time!

Our second time coming to this cabin. Almost 4 years ago my spouse and myself stayed here, and then again with our 4 month old baby recently. Love the location, love the layout of the cabin. It wasn’t as clean as I remember, there are some lights out in ceiling fans. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay greatly and look forward to being back!

The pictures are very old. There was no mountain view. Hot tub did not get hot. Some games were broken. Some took money to play. Spider webs all over the porch area and inside. Cabin next door about 20 feet from porch with hot tub so no privacy. Pool table has a tear in the top of it. I think the pictures on the ad is from when it was originally built. Definitely not now.

Needed light. No lights to cook by in kitchen. no living room lamps, only overhead light. Driving game did not work upstairs. No lamps in bedroom. Bathroom sink needs fixed. Please understand I never give negative feedback, but this cabin needs light and a good cleaning.

My new bride and I spent the first week of our honeymoon enjoying the beautiful and quiet atmosphere at this little cabin. It included everything we needed for a romantic time as well as being close to Pigeon Forge for a few dinners out. The host was wonderful and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon.

The cabin was the perfect size for the two of us! We really liked that it had a game room although we only played the games about 10 minutes our whole stay. It was still nice to have if you get bored, we just were always gone or asleep. Lol. The cabins air conditioning works very well. One night we even got a little chilly, I usually sweat! We sat on the swing a couple times but never used the hot tub. We did open it to look inside and it was very clean. The only issue we had with our stay was there was only about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper with no extras. I know it does say they give you a starter supply and then you have to supply your own which is fine but would've liked to had more since its a ways down the mountain to the store. We saw a bear as we were backing into the driveway but never saw it again. We weren't worried, we were kinda hoping to see it again. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. For the price I believe its reasonably priced compared to others and I was a little worried but was pleasantly surprised.

The property itself was beautiful and secluded. The pictures in Vrbo are different than the cabin. The view is completely blocked off by over grown trees and shrubbery which was very disappointing. There were a few things wrong when we checked in and I let the property manager know so they can fix it when we checked out. Some parts of the cabin defiantly need some updating but other wise we did have a good stay for our 10 year wedding anniversary.

The property owner was very kind and easy going. WOrked with us to make payments over time on this listing as long as it was paid in full by day before. My husband and I came for our honeymoon and had an incredible time in and out of the cabin. Location is great and the cabin is well maintained . very cozy.

Loved our cabin!
My man and I just went there for our seven year anniversary and we had a blast the cabin was clean and neat. It was super easy for the check-in and checkout process. Directions given from the owner were spot on, and super close distance to both Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge. The roads are a little steep but if you’re there in the summertime it’s no big deal

Our stay at Honey Bear for our one year anniversary trip was perfect! There were a couple things that happened with the air and hot tub that needed attention and Sherri made sure they were fixed right away. We loved staying here and didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend this place to anyone else.

The location of the cabin was excellent and seemed equal distance from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
The cabin itself met the bare needs. We only had two towels which isn’t a lot with a hot tub and bathroom. The bedroom was nice overall with a very comfortable bed. However, the bath tub filled up very slow and a security light shined through the window. The AC was on but the cabin was between 77-80 nearly all day. The fan kept the bedroom cool, but I wouldn’t want to stay in the summer. The games upstairs didn’t work and the pool sticks were broken. Maintenance tried to fix the games but only got 1 of 4 to work.
Overall, the cabin met our basic needs but was a little disappointing overall. I might stay here again because of the location, but only after looking for other options.
