You'll be minutes from the Harbour Town Golf Course, home of the PGA Heritage Golf Classic each April. This villa is great for a couples. The living/dining room opens onto a private patio overlooking the grounds and lagoon. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, flat screen television (Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more) and has access to the bathroom in the hallway. Located near the exclusive Harbour Town area. This well furnished villa is a Tennis Player's dream. There are 4 clay tennis courts (no cost for guests) and a swimming pool on site. New decor, recent furniture upgrades, two flat TVs, well equipped and easy walking distance to Harbour Town shopping and dining. Sea Pines is a gated community. The beach is a short bike ride away and Sea Pines offers over 20 miles of bike trails. Nesting night herons, cormorants, great blue herons, alligators, turtles, deer, raccoons and many other species of wildlife can be spotted while enjoying a drink on the back patio. At night listen for the jumping fish in the lagoon. Take in the beauty of the plantation on a bike or ride the free trolley to the Beach Club and many other stops. We had an enjoyable stay. The place was clean, well stocked and exactly as described. The condo is walking distance from Harbour Town which was very nice. There was some misunderstanding about bringing our electric bikes to the property. Sea Pines does not allow the use of them any where on the property. We were told we couldn’t even leave them in sight for anyone to see. They had to be taken off our carrier and put in a garage or brought inside the condo. Thank goodness we were on the first floor.

We visited Hilton Head Island to celebrate our anniversary. We chose this condo, based on the description/pictures and previous reviews. Needless to say, this location did not disappoint. It is a very warm, welcoming and clean condo. The condo had all the ammenities that a couple would need to enjoy their stay. Full kitchen, laundry facilities, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Access to a community pool, tennis courts, etc. There was nothing that was missing. The location was great. A small pond out back, made having coffee or a cocktail even more enjoyable. Being into bird/nature photography, we couldn't ask for much more. We were able to photograph a wide variety of birds; we even had deer walk by while sitting outside. When we did contact Mitch and Brenda, they were very quick to reply. We only contacted them to tell them how much we liked there property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we return to Hilton Head, we would definitely try and stay here again.

Many small amenities provided. Excellent appliances, W/D and full kitchen equipment. Very clean and great location with view on pond. Bring login info for Netflix and other streaming to access. Good information from owner. Would rent again. Could use grab bar in bathtub/shower for safety.

It was our first trip to Hilton Head. This condo met all our expectations. Clean, quiet, private and close to water, shops and eateries. The view was outstanding although we didn’t spot the gator or turtle 😩. It also had everything you needed if you were cooking in often. It will not disappoint. Thank you Mitch.

There was only 2 pictures that didn’t fit the listing. It looked like it was walking distance to ocean front and a bar/restaurant area within the complex. Definitely wasn’t not a dealbreaker but never being there before it was deceiving. The pool/tennis court codes should be in the welcome email or at the unit so we didn’t have to bother the owner. These are minor items and overall loved our stay.

This condo is in a great location and was the perfect size for my wife and I. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and Mitch was easy to interact with before and after our stay. Although we saw several alligators throughout Sea Pines during our stay, we did not see one in the pond behind the condo (I looked multiple times every day, hoping to see one). We did see a variety of birds, squirrels, turtles and even a racoon. Would certainly stay at this property again when in the area.

We enjoyed staying in Racquet Club Villas because of the ease of getting to and from Harbour Town. Just a 5 minute walk. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us, and Mitch was great with communication leading up to ad during our stay. We'd definitely come back!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this property!! It was very clean (first thing we noticed was how clean it smelled and appeared), and the furnishings are well placed. For a one bedroom unit, it felt bigger. The online pictures definitely portray an accurate reflection of the unit. The check-in was seamless, and we loved that it's located on the south end of the island. They provide everything you need for the stay (flatware, dishes, glasses, etc.), and my wife loved the wipes provided to remove her makeup. One huge thing for me was having updated smart televisions with current apps. I definitely appreciated this! We highly recommend this unit!! You won't be disappointed!!

Villa was just as advertised; clean, great view, well stocked, comfortable bed and good amenities. We loved the close proximity to Harbourtown. We walked there in the evenings to watch the sunset. The trolley to the beach was very convenient and Mitch had beach chairs, toys and boogie boards available to use. They even had excellent pillows! Mitch was quick to respond and kind. We will definitely stay her again!!

Lovely condo with a relaxing pond view and walking/biking distance to Harbour Town. The condo itself is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well appointed. Mitch was a great host and we absolutely recommend staying here if you get the chance .
