Lovely Oceanfront Townhouse with golf cart and oceanfront pool access
About this house rental
Situated in Wild Dunes, this lovely house for $447 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. **Free cancellations if any SC state or local travel restrictions or beach access are in place at time of check in. For your safety: **This townhouse is thoroughly cleaned with CDC recommended sanitizer between each guest ( to include black light technology inspection after each cleaning) Just added a Golf cart for all new rentals booked from march 28 going forward! New Owner has ordered all new luxury furniture for the screened in porch- Both seating area and dining area. They have also added new luxury loungers on sun deck. New mattresses for all beds. Refurbished the kitchen with everything you will need to include a free standing 29 bottle wine cooler. New large "smart" Tv's in the living room, master bedroom , and downstairs guest room - with Comcast/Xfinity + 3 wifi boosters. Brand new outside shower (beach side) A new second refirgerator for guest use in the garage. New pictures will be coming the last week of April. Come be our guest at our three bedroom, three bath oceanfront Wild Dunes Townhouse, located in the desirable Beach Club Villas. While staying at Wild Dunes Resort with all of it's family friendly experiences is delightful in and of itself - the main attraction of this lovely property is oceanfront, oceanfront, oceanfront! From the moment you open the front door of this small piece of paradise, you see the beach and ocean stretched out in front of you. Pause, take a deep breath, and start to relax... Let me walk you through the door. As soon as you enter, you will see the kitchen off to the right, a staircase leading upstairs on the left, and a short hallway with a fabulous view to the combined living and dining area, with a wall of sliding doors to the screened in porch and the dunes, beach, and ocean stretching as far as the eye can see. My bet is even with groceries and suitcases in hand, you will not be able to resist the sirens pull of the ocean. You head straight for the screened door throwing the door open for your first breath of ocean air and inhale Ok - Back to earth. The screened porch is perfectly set for both relaxing and dining. Brand New furniture has just been ordered (Feb 28, 2019) and should arrive sometime the first week of April. We will post pictures then. Perfect for both morning coffee (if you don't use the upstairs open air deck but we'll get to that later) and evening cocktails with friends and family. Walking back into the townhouse will lead you to the spacious open living/dining area, with large comfy sectional, huge TV, and a dining table for eight. At this point I need to mention that we certainly provide Wifi for those guest that just cannot seem to really disconnect. As with all of our other properties, the galley style kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances, comes fully equipped with everything you will need to entertain family and friends. From picnics on the beach to family dinners - this kitchen has everything you will need. Most of this is all brand new (February 2019) The spacious downstairs master bedroom, while not oceanfront, boasts a new king sized bed, luxury linens, down pillows, and 350 thread count sheeting. This room also offers a large wall mounted TV (again, brand new). There is an attached bathroom that can either be private, or shut off from the rest of the living area. This room would be perfect for that guest that really doesn't need the extra burden of going upstairs when it's time for a nap. Taking the stairs to the second level takes us straight to the large master suite. The beautiful upstairs master bedroom offers a king bed with luxurious 350 thread count cotton sateen sheets and fluffy down pillows. You can enjoy the crashing waves from your bedroom or just kick back and watch your favorite television show (or movie)on our wall mounted 52" TV (brand new) Enjoy your morning coffee from the adjoining private oceanfront deck while reclining on the brand new deep seating loungers - or use it as private get away to curl up with your favorite "Beach Read" The second upstairs bedroom, with its own bath, has a bunk bed (full size mattress top and bottom with added twin size pull out trundle), also with 350 thread count sheets. This room also has a wall mount large screen TV so kids can enjoy hanging out. That's it for the fabulous townhouse with the exception of just a couple of other offerings. I need to mention that Beach Club Villas also offers a private (only for BCV guests)oceanfront pool. Great for jumping into on your way back from the beach to get all that salt water off! At this particular BCV, it's right next to your screen porch so you really have to walk past it to even get back home. A perfect location for a family vacation. Easy access to the beach and pool. The bedrooms were attartive and a good size. Family members started to talk about returning on day 2. With incredible restaurants and history Charleston is a wonderful place to visit as well.

Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and can’t beat the ocean views. The condo is also right next to the pool. Kitchen is well equipped, living room was comfortable and there are lots of games. The only things i would add for a perfect trip are beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels.

Two couples looking for a beautiful beach with golf and spa? We found it! The townhome was simple but well prepared for our visit. Great living areas, bedrooms and baths. The screened in porch was wonderful, and the deck off the upstairs bedroom became our meeting place because the view of the ocean, the dunes and the sky were outstanding. We would go back in a heart beat!

We were there for a family event. The place was exactly what we needed. The 3 bedroom 3 full bathrooms. The location to the beach and pool are great! The property was very nice and the seating in the living room/tv room was great and comfortable. Our favorite place was the screened in porch with the comfortable seating area is where we spent most of our time!
The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, cooking ware for anything you need to cook. The wine cooler and golf cart are great extras which we really enjoyed having!! I also Love there was salt and pepper and some additional spices that were probably left behind, was a wonderful surprise!!!
We will definitely be staying here again and again!!!!
If I was to make 1 suggestion is to provide a few beach towels due to we fly there and with the weight requirements for luggage- it makes it difficult. Buying 2 beach towels each time I visit IOP and we have rented other homes had a few beach towels to assist - this is just my two cents.

The property looked just like the pictures.
The property was clean, with a modern updated appearance. The kitchen had everything you needed to serve a great meal.
The best part for me was the view of the ocean from every room in except partial view from front of the house.
The Master Bedroom had a perfect view of the beach from the bed as well as an outside deck. The deck included lounge chairs and table and chairs for the perfect view and relaxing spot. There were a few days I just enjoyed bedroom rather than go out. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows too I could have stayed in all day.
This place had all the comforts of home, and a short walk to the beach.
I was healing from a few deaths in my life and I left at peace and renewed. I Strongly recommend this home.

The condo deserves 5 stars but I gave 4 since it was not clean when we arrived and we spent an entire day working with plumbers to repair the hot water heater. Otherwise we had a great vacation. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked well. The golf cart looks nice but we never used it because the beach is so close. The manager was very responsive to our call and handled the repairs and re-clean very timely. The condo is nicely furnished and comfortable.

IOP is my new favorite beach town. Not being someone who likes to sit on the beach all day, I loved how many other activities and places to explore there were in IOP. The house was perfect for my family (Parents, Sister, Brother in Law and niece). Beautiful views, nice pool, quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed taking walks throughout the Wild Dunes community and even saw an aligator one night. We will definitely be back.

Beachfront Getaway
Beachfront location is perfect. The ocean view from the porch and balcony are great. It was nice to just walk out of the door and the beach is a boardwalk away. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen well appointed, but tight on counter space. Plenty of bath towels. Each bathroom had 2 rolls ofTP and small shampoo and conditioner bottles. There was enough liquid handsoap and dish detergent to last the full week. The full bunk beds perfect for kids. Especially loved the way the screened porch furniture was set up. We ate all meals on the porch and spent most of the time when at the villa on the porch. The air-conditioned garage is a bonus, equipped with another full sized refrigerator, beach wagon, and golf cart.
Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The furnishings are top-notch and the unit includes everything that we needed! The beds/linens were comfortable and the unit is beautifully decorated! The golf cart was a fun amenity to have for use during our stay. Views of the ocean were fantastic from the porch, and there's a very short walk to the beach from the property. The property owner was excellent in communicating with us prior to our stay. We will definitely rent this unit again in the future!
