Great location. Spacious. Quiet. Super clean. Super comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff.

Very convenient to a family part nearby. Nice sized room with kitchen facilities. Breakfast included.

The parking garage was full, they said some rooms had multiple cars. We had to leave our key and park blocking others. The valet moved it to another floor so we had to hunt to find it. The breakfast oatmeal had no fresh fruit but when I asked she brought out fresh trimmed strawberries--then took away again--so ask. Almond milk labeled Silk--glad they had it.Lobby Bar Saturday night closed by 10PM.

Great location that is walkable to the many restaurants and bars in the area. Convenient access to I-95 and Metro North Railroad.

I have stayed here a couple times because of the access to nightlife. Some of the staff are friendly. Some of the staff could not care less. None of them seem to have been given any authority to make decisions. There is no sense of customer service. Any request seems to result in a "I'll take a note and ask a manager" response, which, of course, never gets done. $300 per night (before taxes) and the housekeeping service is only every third day??? Really? Is there anyone that stays at this location for more than two days?? And don't even think about asking nicely if perhaps you could get a room freshening if you leave a nice tip for housekeeping. This visit, I arrived and was told that there was no reservation for me. A bit of back and forth and I am succinctly told that I must have booked at another Marriott about 15 minutes away. I go back to my car, drive to the other Marriott and they say they definitely don't have a reservation for me but they are nice and do some research, call the Norwalk hotel and, yes, indeed Norwalk DOES have my reservation but had it listed under my first name (?!). Back in my car and after an hour of running around I don't get a "so sorry for the confusion" or any acknowledgement of the hassle I had been put through and I had to run like heck to get to a restaurant for dinner before they all closed. Then, I am assigned a handicap accessible room with minimal furniture and a shower that floods the bathroom with every use. . . . which maybe wouldn't be the end of the world except you're given three scratchy towels and no more are coming EVER so one ends up as a mop for the floor and the others stay cold and damp throughout your stay. In the future, I think I'll stay elsewhere and take an Uber for my nighttime fun instead of walking.
