Disappointed

location is perfect as it is around the heart of Norwalk. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful! Room was nice too.

We chose this hotel over other options because it had a pool. Unfortunately, our experience with the pool was very concerning. There was a rotten smell and water was dirty. I reported to the desk and they closed it. The area was not regulated and there were at least 20 people in the pool although the sign said no more than 12. There was a crowd of teens who were very aggressive toward my younger children who were attempting to swim. I then what seemed to be food floating in the water and went to report the concerns.

We got locked out of our room because battery went dead on the lock for the key ...so they accommodating us with free breakfast for the next day and unlimited snacks for that night lol the staff was amazing

floor in bathroom was filthy and sticky...shower was nasty. had to wear shoes in entire room.

rude front desk person who told us our reservation was not paid for even tho we showed our confirmation code and our payment confirmations. she made us pay for another entire room...very aggravating after a long drive and rainy conditions, we also lost our king bed that we had paid for because she couldnt figure out how to check us in. .

Overall the stay was good! I will definitely stay there again

The staff that checked us in was very nice and helpful 😀

We missed breakfast our first morning there and i had to go out to spend extra money on breakfast when already paided it when i booked the room

Ok place to stay but wouldn’t recommend.

It was decorated nice with comfortable beds.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. The breakfast was not included.

Very comfortable rooms, staff very friendly but didn't like the crowd that stayed or hung out there.

Very comfortable rooms and staff very friendly. Free coffee in the a.m. too.

The crowd that hangs out there is a little sketchy. There was a couple at the pool, and one of them stuffed a bunch of towels in her bag. I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff. Then there was two young men on the front yard which appeared to get ready to fight. I brought this attention to hotel staff and they investigated and said they were just playing around. They told them to disperse.

unfortunately some - Not all - people Working there are Not even possible to say „Good morning“, the hotel seems to have had it‘s Time in the past, I would recommend Staff Smoking sonewhere else, not obviously for customers to see. the jaccuzzi needs two Screws to be fixed, Risk for Little Children

I always stay here when I am in the area for work,it offers a good value rooms clean good size and comfortable beds.i really enjoy the breakfast.they have a cook and they take your order and cook it. Most hotels offer you a few options that are in a warming tray.

Superb

We were mistakenly put in a handicapped accommodation and I was very sore from the drive & really needed a bath. The front desk receptionist was a little curt when asked if we could change it and insisted we ordered a handicapped room. Otherwise, a very nice, comfy stay.

Stay away from this facility. It’s a rip off

Unfortunately - nothing

Room was not properly prepared for guests. Sink would’t drain, there was something unsightly in the toilet bowl that wouldn’t flush away, a bad stain on the room ceiling, the tv remote didn’t work to select/change stations, no cups in the room, the refrigerator did not adequately cool, just one small bar of soap & they didn’t make up the room & change towels during our three day stay. Whee we n complained to two different front desk staff that ‘claimed’ to be managers, try he had a surly attitude, told us their policy was to only clean the room every four days - & that the policy was posted everywhere. We didn’t see it when we made our reservation, or anywhere in the hote. I’ve had cleaner rooms & more pleasant, helpful & professional staff at Red Roof Inns - & at half the price

The beds are very comfortable and I like that they have a chef that cooks breakfast to order for you.very few hotels do that now.this is my go to hotel when I am in the area for business.

Staff were friendly and personable. Room and most common areas were clean and orderly.

Dirty dishes from room service were left in the hall and not moved during our stay. Fire alarms went off repeatedly- false alarm thankfully - but had to ask the front desk to find this out.

Just avoid if using for business. Can't get invoice.

There is a bar nearby.

Didn't get invoice. Confusion about included breakfast whether it's included or not. Loud air conditioner. I think they don't know how to charge credit card. Payed using booking.com, Hotel won't get me invoice, booking.com either. Don't use this for business trips.
