Great view, nice apartment lacking some TLC

The view of course is magical. The check-in was smooth using codes. The coffee machine and capsules. The location is phenomenal, about 10 blocks away from the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, 2 blocks from the Seine and overall nice neighbourhood.

Some windows didn't close properly, the cleaning was not perfect, the kitchen was missing important cookware like spoons, glasses and proper pans (there were only two and one dropped an error code. Also it lacked user instructions and we had issues with the smoke detector, which were pointed out to us by the host - so beware when you attempt to make toasts (no toaster).

Best trip in 2023!

Nice location, well equipped, the view is absolutely amazing.

The elevator, but it s understandable since it s an old building. i didnt mind using the stairs.

I would definitely stay here again when I visit Paris.

Great location, very responsive when needed and informative. Also loved the view from the apartment.

Wish the bathroom was a little bigger.

Coffee machine was good

The apartment was a good size and well located

Our rooms were not serviced in 2 weeks despite a request. The towels and the bedroom cushions were substandard. We had to communicate through booking.com and often our messages did not get through

We had an excellent stay - thank you.

Location was excellent, apartment was lovely.

Only slight problem was problem with hot water which was resolved and there was very little soap in the bottle in the shower, not enough at all - minor problem.

The pull out is kinda gross with stains. The blanket seemed dirty had crusty stuff on it. We didn’t have any hot water the last day in a half. Cold shower 😩

Absolutely perfect!!

This apartment exceeded all expectations, the photos didn't do it justice! the Eiffel tower view was a lot closer than pictured and the apartment was huge. Host was lovely and location was perfect to get around to all the hot spots.

Disappointing

Internet was working fine. It had a good view of the Eiffel Tower. Tea and coffee available for use. There is a good usable space for 3 people.

There is no staff to guide you. From the beginning to entering the room, you must enter 3 sets of codes for the doors. The room is on the 4th floor and an old elevator that can only accommodate 1 person will take you to this floor. The room is not clean enough. Hot water does not work in most cases. The water heater in every room is located in the kitchen, and when it turns on, you wake up with its sound.

Never again!

Hot water not working so the shower option was not shower or shower with frozen water! Not good specially for my 72 years old father or my 10 years old kid! coffee machine was broken, bed uncomfortable. I wrote about the shower same day I arrived and he answered day after, he went and enter into the apartment waiting for the technician and I was trying to get dress and ready for get out. He should wait out the apartment and give me privacy. He wrote me asking what time it would be my checkout and I answered but he came again in my last morning very early asking if he could enter to check if hot water was working and obviously it was working because I did not text him. He asked me again at what time I will leave the apartment.. I don’t understand if check out is at 11 am why he asked me again. Very small apartment, pictures have photoshop. Big electronic party in the floor above, I hear the loud music and doors open a closing every 5 minutes. Elevator just one person at time. Old and dangerous stairs. Only view of the top of the tower. No microwave. No TV. It was very cold and I texted and he answered that there is no way to lower or raise the temperature inside the apartment, he said that the whole building uses the same temperature and nobody can raise or lower.

Amazing location with fabulous views. Spacious apartment, extremely comfortable and equipped to a high standard.

Great location for 1st time visitors

Perfect location, good for a family of 3

The boiler in the living room/kitchen area where the sofa bed is would start up at 5 in the morning, making banging noises and pipes knocking and generally alot of noise, waking my daughter up and me and my wife in the bedroom next to it.

Stunning Location in Old Parisian Apartment

Amazing location in a beautiful old-style Parisian apartment. The owner communicated well and gave detailed instructions beforehand. It was clean and comfortable.

It is very noisy at night (understandably becauae of its incredible location) so don't expect a good night's sleep. We were only given one bath towel for 2 giests, so had to share (we could have asked for another I'm sure but were rushing to get out). The staircase was old and was being decorated and, although incredibly beautiful, there was a slippery cover on the steps which we slipped on a few times (do understand that this was just unfortunately occurring during our stay and usually, there must be a stunning staircase to walk on)..

It was not what we expected!!!

I like the location and the WIFI was good, close to subways!

They should give more attentions to the little things like tissue box, more fans for the rooms, hand towels, wash cloths and soap bar. I had to use the kitchen towels to clean my face and hands, not acceptable! It was hard to stay in a place with no air conditioning and got bitten by mosquitos because we have to have to all the windows open for air to come in. The two fans they gave us was not enough to cool the room down even at night. The heat during the day was icky and humid so of course the fans were no help!

It can be good for couple or single but not for family,,

location is perfect, you have metro and bus. Very close to champs élysées or Eiffel Tower. There are shops cafes around you.

No dishwasher, no TV, elevator is too small to carry your luggages, 2nd rooms sofa is not comfortable to sleep, 4th floor has Eiffel Tower view but not I thought may be 5th floor is better..

Perfect and highly recommended stay for family of 2-3 in Paris

We are a family of 3 (1 adult, 2 kids). The place was spacious, convenient and was perfect for us to rest for an hour during the day in between visits and to have a good night's sleep at night. Location is convenient as well. Close to Alma-Marceau metro station. Quality furnishings as well. Very tastefully decorated. Everything was there! Including good coffee. Very friendly owners, good communication. Clear instructions.

There was construction going on during the day, with some smaller inconveniences. But the hosts were absolutely generous towards us because of this. Top shelf service, top shelf communication. We received a very generous compensation. Very classy. The kids and I will come back.

Fantastic place in a fantastic location!

Loved the location, the building, the setting, a true apartment you expect in Paris. Great communication with the host. There was some renovation being done in the building, but we did not hear anything.
