This was such a great apartment walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. It was super clean and the host was extremely responsive.
There was no air conditioning and it was 103 degrees. But the host was so considerate and left us several fans.

The location is great. It's within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. You can walk to many popular restaurants. Overall, it's comfortable and offers good value for money.
My only criticism is that they require you to check in at 3 PM. Staying that late is really difficult for someone who's been traveling. However, conversely, there's no flexibility regarding check-out. They keep reminding you to check out at 11 AM via text message. I really didn't like that part.

the view has been temporarily impacted by construction next door. This is not the owners fault, and they were very accomodating.

Идеальное местоположение! Рядом с башней, рядом с набережной, магазины и рестораны в пешей доступности! Большой холодильник.
Апартаменты не соответствуют стоимости и оценкам! Внутри все уже очень старое, половина розеток не работает, в шкафах очень мало вешалок, вида из окна нет и не будет до осени 2027 года, потому что прям перед окнами идет ремонт! Нас об этом предупредили незадолго до заезда, хотя ремонт уже начался очень давно! Шум от ремонта ужасный, начинается в семь утра и заканчивается в 7 или 8 вечера. Постельное белье плохого качества, диван не удобный для сна. Комната маленькая, душ очень маленький, взрослому человеку в нем очень сложно развернуться. Было очень жарко, вентилятор включить не получилось, потому что не работает розетка, пришлось спать с открытыми окнами, но это невозможно, так как рядом большая и шумная дорога и плюс много москитов! Цена неоправданно завышена, сотрудники недружелюбные.
