The location couldn’t be beat steps from the central jardin. Staff was so helpful. Our hostess Victoria was magnificent. Couldn’t recommend more.

An authentic casa experience, lovely courtyards with fountains, flowers, artworks and relaxing corners.
Spacious, well kept guest rooms. Ours had a fireplace, much appreciated. Hot water showers, great pressure. Rooms, bathrooms, all areas very clean.
The staff members were all truly wonderful, attentive, friendly and hospitable.
Loved the breakfast choices, cooked to order.
Victoria Ryan, the artist owner, greeted and spoke with each guest.
5 minute walk to the vibrant plaza with shops, restaurants, ice cream and sweet stands.
Casa Encantada is an experience not to be missed.

This is a beautiful property with excellent made-to-order breakfast. All the staff (except the general manager) were really kind, thoughtful and responsive. I was sick half of the time in this hotel and the young assistant manager brought me a herbal liquid to help me. The night crew were really helpful.
The general manager Luis! He needs to be replaced! My travel partner/friend had booked this hotel through booking.com and sent the link to me to make the deposit. Booking.com separated our reservation into two different rooms under two different reservation numbers. Instead of managing this easily in his office, Luis had us call booking.com ourselves ...... which was a 45 minutes on hold call just to be told that the hotel had already taken care of the issue. Also this is not really a dog friendly hotel as there is NO WHERE for your dog to pee. Even when you go out the hotel door, there is no grass for blocks. Luis stated that "most people leave their dogs in the car." There's also no parking at this hotel.
