First visit to Marco Island. This condo was very clean, had all amenities you need, and right on beach and oceanfront. Excellent location and condo for 2 people or small family of 3-4 ppl.

The condo was very cozy and clean. The island Very laid-back. I loved collecting all of the shells. The restaurants were very nice. Everything was great.

Last year they had sand toys and pool noodles. This year we had to buy them. An inconvenience since we didn’t have a car. Hopefully they will still be there next year. There were new stainless steel pots and pans that needed SOS pads to clean them properly. Again not supplied. Same with dish soap and dish washer soap. We were lucky to have some salt and pepper. Unit could use a deep cleaning. Fans are dusty and coffee pot looked like it hadn’t had a good cleaning in a long time. It was gross. Still love Marco and this unit. And we love the people we meet every year!

This was our second time staying here. We love the property! The balcony is an amazing place to enjoy the beach especially the sunsets. Dawn is amazing and always responds so quickly to questions! Place is clean and you just can’t beat the location!

The condo was perfectly set up, comfortable, and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach, including a well stocked storage locker with umbrellas and beach chairs.

Condo was very nice Negatives: Dryer was broken during entire stay. This was communicated to us the day prior. When only 1 towel is provided per person for an entire week and we can not wash towels. To only provide one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom is ridiculous. There are certain “amenities” that an owner/management company should provide and toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels should be provided. The constant need for keys to enter the property and pool is overbearing when you have 4 people and only two keys. The condo was clean and otherwise nice for our family.

Dryer was not operational. Told waiting for a part. Fire Alarm activated at 6:30 in the morning due to a failed sprinkler head on the 10 floor. Had to evacuate. Water damage to elevators. Consider replacing high water consuming toilets with more efficient ones. Replace old queen size mattress with a more comfortable king size. Great condo in a great location.

My family with 3 young children really enjoyed this condo, the 2 bedrooms+ pullout couch were wonderful! The balcony is huge and completely screened in so you don't have to worry about bugs (or little kids throwing items). The pool and hot tub were very nice, and clean, and you can't beat the proximity to the beach ☺️

We loved this condo! The condo was perfectly cleaned! It had everything we needed for the week, including beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. The mattresses were very comfortable also. The view from the balcony is great, and we also appreciated the taller chairs on the balcony as you could see over the railing. Condo owners were excellent to communicate promptly and very helpful. We hope to stay in this condo next time!

Condo was not very clean. Advertised it had been recently remodeled on Vrbo but not true at all. Much deferred maintenance. Satellite TV only worked sporadically, main TV was an old Emerson flat screen. With so many low cost options available this needs upgraded and Satellite TV needs removed. Refrigerator made constant clicking sounds. Shower drain was clogged. Looks like a cash cow for the owner who does not invest in their property to keep it in good condition. My advice is to stay away from this condo!!! You can get better ones for the same prices.

The condo owners communicated promptly and answered all our questions right away. The condo was clean and well stocked. It had beach towels and beach equipment in a beach locker for us to use. The pool and hot tub were great! The pool area is larger than it looks online. It even has a covered area for people to be able to take a break from the sun and bathrooms. The beach location was amazing! We had the PERFECT view and getting out to the beach was so quick and easy from the condo walk. Checking in and out was super easy too. Parking pass was great, hassle free, only cost us 50 dollar fee. We found an abundance of seashells, be being a super rare one. We will be back to stay in this wonderful condo on this beautiful beach. The location and views are truly amazing!

Nice place to sleep after a long day at the beach. Very secure building and property that requires key access to enter the area even from the beach. Room was a bit smaller than what we're used to, but was adequate for a week. We spent more time on the beach this year since the majority of 'things' required a little drive (on island ) or a long drive (off island). Overall enjoyed the stay.

My family with young children enjoyed our stay in Marco Island, condo is not new but is very clean and view is spectacular! One of two elevators was down most of the time during our stay but this condo is on second floor with very easy stairs access, so we didn't have to wait on elevator. Only thing I didn't like is screen enclosed balcony as screen affects view when you seat on balcony and watch beach/ sunset. We'd stay here again, great place all over!

We have stayed at Seawinds numerous times and always loved the location. We enjoyed being on the 2nd floor so we could just run down the stairs to get to the beach without needing to use the elevator. The property was very nice... the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The condo’s location (2nd floor) was very convenient to access the pool, beach, and parking lot. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and uncrowded beaches to walk. We had a wonderful week.
