Interior is old, all furniture is worn, bed was very springy and every move noticed by partner and couch is worn out , gross and in need of replacement. We placed a sheet over it. However the location if fantastic right by a brook and we saw a moose and her baby right out the window.

We stayed here for a month. The Location was very good. 8 minute walk to lifts and can ski back to condo down 4oclock run. Also an easy walk to town. We enjoyed the common area fireplace, hot tub, and game room. The unit was clean and property management was helpful. Also it was one of the cheaper units for the location - although still not cheap. It is a small 1 bedroom and very dated. It could use some repairs. The flooring has some rips. Still it was clean and functional for our purposes and we had a great stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room is very small. The pictures are deceiving. We had 3 people and that was 1-2 people too much. The pull out couch takes up the whole “living room” and is not level - there was a tear in the kitchen floor. The tub faucet dripped

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sofa shabby, area rug in sofa area frayed, kitchen linoleum had 8inch gash, badly covered with yellowing packing tape that wasn’t sticking well, shower tile plastered over...looked terrible and gave me the creeps. Finish on kitchen table half gone. Whole unit is run-down and needs proper and professional repair and refurb. Compared to Condo 4C, which I also rented concurrently, it was the one none of us wanted to stay in and we drew straws to see who got what. It’s owner should be ashamed to rent 4D. For me, 4D gave the place a black-eye. There also need to be a sign on the beverage vending machine in the lobby. It is broken and took my money. A young boy came by while I was using it and told me it was broken after I had tried to use it. Fix it!!
