We all really enjoyed the scenery and peacefulness this place brought. Opening the back door, sit on the balcony, and just hear and watch the waves. Seeing all the planes fly over were awesome and the location was perfect for all the fun activities.

We were very pleased with this condo unit. It was clean, well stocked with linens, amazingly comfortable beds and easy check in an check out process. We plan on booking a yearly standing reservation for this condo.

I can’t give a great review. The room and facilities had many issues. On arrival, one of the two elevators was broken. Lots of guests were arriving and moving luggage was a challenge. The lights in the main bathroom and dining area were flickering or not working at all requiring what was later explained as needing an electrician that never showed to fix the problem.There was a hole in the ceiling of the main bathroom. We had 5 adults and one child staying with one roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper provided. One or two dishwasher pods for 5 days, about a dozen kitchen knives were available with not one sharp enough to cut a lemon, chipped dishes, damaged non-stick cooking pans, a broken 5 cup coffee pot, a absolute low bid soap, shampoo combination for 5 people that was about an ounce per container, and finally a pay as you go washer and dryer that was rusted(on our floor and didn’t work anyway). Lastly, the door combination had a short in it, double clicking the number ‘one’ when trying to get access to the room. That said, the beach was beautiful and my family and I were able to overlook the dated facilities. I am writing this evaluation to remind the owners that this is your business and just because we were new travelers to your condo, you should put a little more effort into what is an expensive rental. We will likely return to Destin. (In the past we stayed at a beautiful condo in Orange beach that was unfortunately unavailable this season.)
