Nestled in Wild Dunes, this charming house for $332 per night is a great option for your next break. Relax and enjoy the view at this Wild Dunes private home! Three Bedroom, Two Bath elevated and updated beach cottage in gated community of Wild Dunes, with access to miles of beach and bike paths. In close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, this is a great location to get away and relax. Approximately 3 short blocks from a beach access path, where you can enjoy miles of award-winning white sandy beaches. Elevated Wild Dunes near beach cottage in wooded area with great views of lagoon and golf course. Watch fish jumping, a variety of island birds, and alligators in their natural habitat from the comfort and safety of the beautiful sun room! Also features sundeck, Gas grill, WiFi, Cable TV streaming with Sling TV plus Antenna. The square footage of this house is 1600. Fireplace cosmetic only, not available for use. No smoking. No pets- exception ONLY for Service Animals and dog considered for stays over 30 days (fee applies). Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, this villa offers affordable accommodations for a small group or family. Centrally located within the community, permitting easy access inside and outside the gates of Wild Dunes. Great house- a little too far from beach for me but beautiful view of the golf course. Love the back room-great space for hanging out with family friends

The house was basically nice but could use updating including but not limited to the furniture, flooring and lighting. There should have been extra towels but received only one set per person. The sliding glass door was hard to slide, ironically I got a text during our stay by maintenance to come by to look at the door, I didn’t call them. The communication with the Management Company was terrible before check-in; during our stay it was excellent. No blow dryer was supplied. What rental doesn’t have a blow dryer in this day in age? Same does for a K-Cup Brewer vs a conventional coffee maker. Our trip was very last minute, a sudden death in the family. There were a couple of light bulbs burned out too. If I owned the place it would get a make-over and a new Management Company. Still in a pinch, I would stay there again as it’s close to the Wild Dunes pools and to the IOP Oceanfront.

Very clean, spacious, great kitchen pots, pans, silverware glasses and dishes! Had everything we needed and a short 15 min walk to beach… used a wagon to take beach items to beach. No keurig but Mr Coffee was fine! Loved to see view of lagoon and golf course. We even had a green heron visitor and watched a gator in lagoon! Grill was awesome too!

Perfect location by the hotels/boardwalk, lovely view. This reasonably-priced home is dated but serviceable. The home had a significant ant problem the week we stayed in it, but this should be a simple fix. The mattresses in the twin bedroom also need replacing as they are painful to sleep on. In the cooler months, rugs would be a cozy, inviting touch. Kitchen had everything we needed and we truly loved the back porch with its quiet heater and forested view of the golf course. We were treated to several deer sightings over coffee.

Every trip starts with your initial impression. Ours was a last minute trip and we found this great house which had availability at the last minute and nobody had rented the house for a couple days ahead of our visit. On the morning of checkin, I asked the management company if we could checkin an hour prior to the checkin time, since nobody had rented the house in several days. They said they would text me when we could check in. Never received any communication from them. Enough said.... Great house! and loved the back porch!

The place is a bit out dated and has a bad smell on the back sun room. Some of the sliding doors don't work and we kept finding long black hairs on the towels, sheets and bathrooms.

The porch is the best part. Beautiful view of nature and the golf course from the back porch. Phenomenal location for a short golf cart drive to the resort amenities and beach access.

Great location!
We have stayed on this street before in another property, and always enjoy our time here at Wild Dunes. The house was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the porch, which looked out onto the first green of the golf course, but was protected. The house was clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Would highly recommend!

The house was amazing. The accuracy of the online listing didn't do it justice that' s why I gave it 4 stars in that area. We arrived on rainy dark night only to wake up looking over a pond and a golf course. The house was spotless. wonderful time was had.

This rental has a great location and a nice general set-up, but the cleaning and maintenance had major issues. The worse cleaning issue was that I found what appeared to be mouse feces and mouse hair in my sheets! The tables and floors were dirty. We had to wash sheets and clean the floors upon arriving; however, there were no cleaning products there so we had to purchase our own. Also, the patio windows were not all operable.

This was exactly what we were looking for - a relaxing cottage with a wonderful view. We loved all of the great blue herons and snowy egrets that were in the pond behind the cottage, and the air conditioned enclosed back porch was the perfect place to enjoy them. We would come back to Twin Oaks Lane 19. We did rent bikes for the week from the concierge which were waiting for us, and they were a must have for the trek to the beach which was a 10 minute walk. Glad we had backpacks to carry our water, towel and sunscreen.

Most of the windows on the porch are broken and do not open and the porch has a strong mildew odor, so hard to get rid of the smell. The mattresses all need to be replaced. The one in the master had a thick foam pad over it that was wet when we checked in so we removed it from the bed but was still wet 5 days later 5 days. The porch and steps have had some wood repaired but need more repair. No way to turn on the overhead light in master becuase the control is missing. Great location but house needs some TLC.

Nice house in a good location on a quiet street. All in all, clean and nice linens. The kitchen is in need of an upgrade as the stove had rust on the outside and the cabinets were need of painting. Only cosmetic however it would be a tremendous improvement. Exterior could use a good wash as well.

This house was not what we were expecting for the price we paid during off season. The house reeked of mildew and mold. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. Even the teenagers complained. The lighting in the master bedroom was horrible. The view from the back porch was nice. The kitchen was well stocked just didn't have a surplus of trash bags. I wouldn't have sat on the couch, let alone slept on it, for anything. It was nasty. The whole place was outdated. We would not stay here again.
